beautiful view great location, Tracy was very responsive.
Had some issue with the golf cart charging and linens.

They need to instal block out curtains in the bedrooms , no privacy at night and the sun wakes you early. all our guests said the same. Dishwasher is old and needs to be replaced . There were no nice wine glasses red or white . 1 X Champagne flute.

The view was fantastic, all the facilities were great, we definitely enjoyed our time there
When we arrived the floors in the main area and verandah were not cleaned properly, the main room shower leaks water out to the floor and the tiles were very slippery, nearly had a fall on the first day, beds and pillows were uncomfortable. For the amount we paid these should be A1, Hamilton Island facilities shops cafes and restaurants are still half shut down, when they are open you find it hard to book in.

We didn’t have a microwave. That was the only thing , oh and in the strong wind the kitchen door kept blowing open
