Casuarina Cove on Hamilton Island by HIHA

Loved the unit. It was very convenient & well appointed. Pantry stock was helpful. Worked very well for our family.

Some maintenance & cleaning issues. Under couch very dirty (had to look for something so moved couch). Presume under beds would be the same. Bathroom exhaust fan needs a clean. Floor looked clean but needed a good mop (feet were black). Garage internal door falls off bottom slider. Couldn’t seem to lock garage sliding door. Broken lamp cover in bedroom 4. Front of fridge crisper broken. Oven tray need a good scrub (I put through dishwasher but still needs a scrub). Rangehood exhaust fans very dirty (I put through dishwasher once but need a soak I think). Broken kettle was replaced by housekeeping (thank you). Extra mugs would have been helpful (we are a big tea drinking family). Flip over seat on buggy has come off one of its hinges. I’m we were very happy at the unit but telling you these things for future reference. I felt the unit was great but needed to be checked for quality control between clients.

Location all fantastic

Great location. Exceptional view! We had 9 ppl, so hired a extra buggy, which was needed

Great location and number of rooms.

Construction occurring right next to front door (apartment 9) making access via buggy challenging and unsafe. Needed to reverse up the hill, no turning circle. Did not represent great value for money. Apartment 9 looking tired.
