Welcome to the Whitsunday Islands. This beautifully renovated, extra large 3 bedroom apartment is ideal location positioned between the resort and the marina, overlooking Catseye beach and Catseye Bay.
Not only is Poinciana 201 the ideal private getaway spot, it has views from the lounge, the master bedroom, the ensuite and the 3rd bedroom. The apartment has been furnished beautifully to make your stay as comfortable and luxurious at the same time. It’s fantastic value and has so much to offer. With spacious rooms, this extra-large three-bedroom apartment has the best position on Hamilton Island.
Picture yourself on the expansive white-tiled balcony, relaxing with a glass of champagne at the outdoor setting, while soaking up the magnificent views. There’s also a barbeque on the balcony for outdoor entertaining.
The apartment is completely self-contained, fully air-conditioned and includes a fully equipped kitchen and laundry. The kitchen is modern with all stainless appliances and island bench. All crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, linen, and bath and pool towels are supplied.
The spacious lounge and dining area features a Plasma TV (Austar) and DVD player and opens on to a large balcony with the most sensational views of Catseye Bay. With your own outdoor setting and BBQ you can entertain outdoors as well.
To keep you entertained during those quiet moments the apartment has over 100 assorted DVD's, assorted board games and books.
Sleeping is a dream in the master bedroom, with a king size bed looking out over the bay with your own balcony. There is an ensuite with a “double love shower”, LCD TV (Austar) with a DVD player.
The 2nd and 3rd bedroom have a king size bed or 2 king singles. In each room there is a LCD flat screen TV (Austra) with DVD players. There is a foldaway bed, 2 x port-a-cots, and highchair and baby bath available.
We’ll make sure your holiday runs smoothly, by picking you up and dropping you off at the Airport or Ferry terminal. And so you can explore the island with ease, we’ll provide you with the full use of a complimentary buggy during your stay.
There’s plenty to keep you entertained on Hamilton Island. You have access to all resort facilities including water sports* and the Kids Clownfish Club*. As well as enjoying the resort pools, all guests and residents of these apartments have the use of your own private swimming pool, with spa and BBQ.

Whatever takes your fancy in the food stakes; there are more than ten restaurants to choose from, various take-away outlets, a bakery and IGA Supermarket on the Island. You can also take advantage of ordering your groceries prior to your arrival with IGA Airlie Beach Online and have them delivered to the Island.
Most credit cards are accepted and there are several ATM’s around the Island. EFTPOS facilities are also available.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful location. The apartment was clean and met all our needs. The location was excellent , central to all areas. The kitchen was well kitted out which we used frequently. We loved having use of the buggy. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable.

Apartment is very clean and well located. Valet service to and from the airport was excellent. Tamara is just lovely and made it all so easy. Lots of hard surfaces so with a couple of kids it was very loud. Maybe advertise that there is no door to the master bathroom and it is all 'one room'? These are really minor complaints though and possibly down to personal taste. Definitely need more towels! (or let people know towels are limited - annoying to have to wash on holiday). The kitchen was fully equipped and everything worked properly. We particularly loved the 'bin fairy' and not having to worry about that. Overall great place to stay, the views are amazing, the service is great, the people are friendly. We all had a great holiday. Thanks.

Poinciana 201 is a great three bed apartment. Facilities were all very good and bed were comfortable. We had our 2 year old with us and there were lots of toys/books/buckets and spades. The portacot was also supplied. Location was really good and the buggy was very helpful. There is a bbq on the balcony but we didn’t use it. The apartment could do with a thorough clean (ceilings fans/ around windows and doors) but this did not hinder our experience. Would definitely return.

The apartment was semi clean with sand in the apartment on arrival. The bathrooms were tidy and living room spacious. The location pin on the map is incorrect as we thought we were staying beach front. The main room has a sheet as curtain with pins holding it up.
The king beds were two singles pushed together making it very uncomfortable in the middle section of the bed. The wifi didn’t work the entirety of the stay. The buggy usage was handy to get to all pools, beach and venues. The greeting we received at the beginning was good and she explained what we needed to know. We were able to get a later check out for our flight which was helpful.
Overall a good stay, just need to fix the curtains in the main room and the pinned location on the app for accurate locations.
