The unit was renovated and the location was excellent. The owner was very helpful and kindly accommodated a flexible checkout due to our return flight time, which we truly appreciated. The balcony offers a beautiful view, exactly as shown in the photos. Having a buggy included was a major advantage and truly essential for getting around the island.
There is, however, some room for improvement. An upgrade to the kitchenware would be beneficial, as some items were old, incomplete, and not as clean as expected. Additionally, a more thorough cleaning of the property would enhance the overall experience.

Beautiful views and excellent location. Apartment had everything we needed. Well equiped for infants (pram, high chair, portacot).
Would benefit from offering a luggage storage solution. Checkout was 10am but most flights out of Hamilton island are mid afternoon.
