Welcome in our home ! Everybody is welcome, family with kids, young retired ( snow birds) or just couples who want to spend romantic moments at the beach looking at the sunsets.
You are on vacation, so you do not have to worry about anything. You can just relax and enjoy you vacation.
The condo has a fully equipped kitchen and a relaxing covered balcony to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon tea. Full linens are provided and you will enjoy having your own washer and dryer and a large walk-in closet.
The vault ceiling will give you a wonderful filling of space. Amenities in the living room include a 55’’ flat TV , Netflix and cable and free unlimited wireless internet. Enjoy your vacation by relaxing in the bedroom watching TV in a very confortable king bed.
The condo is located in a beautiful gated community, 10 minutes away by car from Clearwater Beach, voted # 1 beach in U.S. in 2013 and 2018.

Condo was lovely....best stocked VRBO we've ever rented. The pool area was super clean and relaxing and the regular residents there were friendly and welcoming. Easy driving distance to beaches and attractions. Highly recommend.

This is a nice area that we’ve stayed before and it’s closed to the beach and restaurants.

Our place was clean and the pool was warm and beautiful but those are my only two positives.
Before arriving I received 6-7 messages from the unit owner. One had an address, one a unit number, one a gate code, one a door code and so on. Holy cow was it hard sorting through all of them when we arrived! One message with all the details would be so much more efficient. The gates are supposed to close at 6pm each evening, that never happened. Anyone could get in and out of there. The pool has an attendant during the week who was not kind and always yelling at the kids there with our softball team…she claimed they were being too loud in the pool at noon🤔the residents there could not be more bothered by the VRBO renters. They were rude and tried to yell at us as well. Our condo was extremely hot after about 2/3 days of arriving. No matter how low we set the temp it remained at 79 in there. I contacted the owner finally on our last night as we were dying and magically the temp started to fall within 30 min. I firmly believe they locked the air on their end through their nest. They claim no but it was pretty clear how quickly it began to cool finally. The area is ghetto. The Publix has homeless people EVERYWHERE who harass you and I refused to take my children to the store with me. Every gas station or store had bums and druggies hanging out all over…
We would not go back.
