Amenities in the living room include a 50’’ flat TV, Netflix and cable, free unlimited wireless internet access and two queen sofa beds. Full linens are provided and you will enjoy having your own washer and dryer.
The condo has a fully equipped kitchen, newly renovated and a relaxing covered balcony to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon tea. The bathroom is also newly renovated.
The condo is located on the second floor ,in a beautiful gated community, 10 minutes away by car from Clearwater Beach, voted # 1 beach in U.S. in 2013 and 2018.
You can enjoy water sports, fishing, boating and beach activities. If you want to explore Florida, it is 90 min away from the major attractions like Orlando Theme Parks ( Disney, Universal Studio, Sea world ), 45 min away from Bush Gardens and much more.

What a great trip! The condo was loaded with every necessity for a trip to Florida, The unit was clean and well maintained. It was also close to the beautiful pool and the exit off the property, It was a wonderful stay,
