We stayed at this condo for 10 days and unfortunately would not choose to stay here again. The first thing we noticed was that the photos on the listing appear to be very outdated. The condo does not look like the pictures online and feels much more worn in person. We also had internet issues when we arrived, but Ted was responsive and helped get everything working, which we appreciated. Our biggest concern was cleanliness. Many of the dishes, glasses, silverware, pots, and pans appeared dirty when we arrived. I ended up spending a significant amount of time washing kitchen items before feeling comfortable using them. Several pillows and blankets also seemed unclean or had noticeable odors.Noise was another issue. The unit above had constant foot traffic from early morning until evening, making it difficult to relax during the day. The mattress was very firm, and the bed creaked whenever someone moved. The welcome instructions were extremely lengthy and felt overwhelming to sort through. The most concerning issue was the bathtub safety mat, which appeared very old and had visible mold and mildew buildup. Given how many guests likely use the condo, this should be replaced. While we were able to complete our stay without major problems, the condo felt dated and in need of better cleaning and maintenance. Based on our experience, we would not book this property again.

We enjoyed our stay-The location was perfect and the pool was great-Everything was nicely redone and comfortable with the exception of the bathroom-The condo was very clean with the exception of the shower- Also, the shower head needs attention to avoid leaking out of the shower and for a better experience-If you have other properties with a bottom floor location and zero entry shower for our future stays we would love to visit Avalon condos again-Thank you-
