Free parking space in the front of the building and heated pool that are just steps away from your condo! The Condo is located at the second (top) floor in a very quiet area, high speed internet are included in the rental.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need.
The living area is open and inviting including a new sleeper sofa with full size mattress. The sofa easily pulls-out to become a bed and comfort mattress pad helps you get a better nights sleep. Step out onto your private balcony with comfy patio seating, enjoy sunsets or morning coffee and relax in the balmy Florida weather.
The bedroom includes a comfortable KING-sized bed with linen, pillows and covers, bath towels, iron and iron board, hair dryer.
Washer & Dryer inside the condo. Beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and beach towels are provided.
Relax in the gorgeous heated swimming pool, 24 hour fitness center and elegant clubhouse with internet access.

Everything was clean and organized, smelled amazing and a very comfortable bed! Came with teas and coffee that were so good we're going to buy them once we get home! Great customer service since we decided last minute to stay an extra day and overall an amazing place to stay!

We had an enjoyable time. The room was very clean and it was nice to use the beach equipment. The kitchen garbage could be bigger and washcloths for the bathroom would be good. I think they were all towels and hand towels.

The apartment is well maintained and organized to make you feel like being at home. The kitchen has all essential items for cooking and even baking dishes. The laundry room has the large capacity Samsung washer & drier machines as well as a laundry detergent. Overall, it was a great pleasure to stay there, and again thank you so much Marie & Mark for your hospitality & clarification regarding the check in process.

This condo is fully renovated and clean.
The pool area is beautiful to relax and enjoy the Florida sun.
Great location to everything in Clearwater.
10 min drive to Clearwater beach.
We truly enjoyed our stay at this condo and will definitely book again.
