About this apartment rental
Welcome to our beautiful condo where you can relax in beautiful 1 bedroom apartment on a ground floor( no stairs)in gated community "Avalon at Clearwater". Additional opportunity to accommodate 3 to 4 guests in a living room on a sleeper sofa that can fit 2 adults with blackout curtains for better sleep. Bedroom with queen size bed, 43" smartTv with cable channels over looking pool and new ceiling fan. Large bathroom with walk-in closet. For your convenience, I fully equip the kitchen with anything you will need to make a homemade meal, Keurig coffee machine,drip coffee maker, ninja blander to make delicious smoothies . There's also a washer and dryer, iron , and iron board. Anything you will need to enjoy your vacations is provided: linens, bath towels, pillows, extra blanket. For your entertainment there is 50" smart TV with ROKU with cable TV and high speed internet. Just added a dartboard for little entertainment in the screen on the patio. As well few puzzles and games. No need to bring beach/pool towels, toys, and chairs to take with you to enjoy beach day, everything you need is right here.

Just minutes from Publix grocery store, bus stop, shopping center with supermarket, and a quick drive to 24/7 Walmart. Also, an American style restaurants is just a walking distance.
Provided: laundry detergent, dryer sheets, and dishwasher tablets as also starter supply of paper products.
High chair and pack n play available by request. Also I have tub chair as pictured up on request.

Our stay was amazing! The condo is very nice and clean. The beach stuff is a very nice addition. So was the water in the fridge. We will definitely rebook next year!

Maggie is a fabulous hostess for this extremely clean and comfortable unit. It is close to the pool which is warm and heavenly. Her unit is well stocked with plenty of towels and dishes, spices, and even pool toys.. We would definitely consider going back to stay again. It was a short drive to the beach and Pier 60. Our vacation was perfect and very relaxing.

The pool was a great place to make new friends and catch up with old friends that come back each year. The kitchen was well stocked for meal.prep.enjoyed our time and cannot wait to return next year. Host was very receptive and always there to answer all questions or concerns. Love this condo right next to the pool.
