Tom was a great host and a great communicator. The apartment was very clean, well stocked, and as described. It was exactly what we needed. Would stay here again without hesitation.

Tom was an excellent host! He contacted us shortly after we made our reservation and thanked us. He immediately began giving us instructions on different aspects of the condo and our stay. He coached us through the arrival process and was always available to communicate with if we had any questions. The Avalon was a great resort. The pool was beautifully clean and well kept. We enjoyed it immensely. We hope to return again in the future.

Condo was exceptional, close to pool, stayed in Avalone prior but this time a close resident owner was available anytime with just answering questions and being on site if needed.
