Come and visit our newly and completely renovated 1940 in town home. You will enjoy the light and open feel of this home. It is a 2 bedroom /1 bath, 1300 square foot home with new central air and heat, wireless internet, smart televisions with cable, natural stone gas fireplace, bright and cheerful sunroom, and beautiful granite countertops on custom built cabinets. Some of the home's original features were kept and enhanced such as the front door, archways, windows and hardwood floors which gives the home a nice mix of old and new. There is a large yard with privacy fence, outdoor gas grill, garage for bike storage, front deck with seating and new landscaping. The home location is perfect, situated between Downtown and Brevard College in a quiet side-walk lined desirable neighborhood. It is an easy walk to restaurants, downtown micro brewery, shops, Franklin Park and Pool, Silvermont, Farmer's Market and the library. It is only driving minutes away from the Brevard Music Center and the entrance to the Pisgah National Forest.

We had a fabulous stay, and will stay here again. Was cozy especially with the fire going on the cool evenings. Nicely stocked kitchen as well. Easy walk to downtown restaurants and stores. Highly recommend.

The home was beautifully renovated, and it felt like the host really cared about every little detail. They chose the perfect paint color, towels, bedding, everything, to put the guest at ease. The neighborhood is well-cared for, with a darling park a block away. The downtown area was within a short walk. We absolutely loved everything about it!
