We love this place, have stayed here a number of times, and will continue to stay here in the future. The location (essentially downtown) is great The unit is very nice and the neighbors are friendly. Fall colors are gorgeous

2nd time here and have already reserved for next year. Close to Brevard college, downtown area and hiking. Great house and host is absolutely wonderful!

Overall we enjoyed our stay and had great options walking distance for shopping and food in downtown Brevard. Only wish the living room furniture was more comfortable and more accommodating for all of us (6) to sit and watch a movie at night without pulling up kitchen chairs.
