Welcome to Hilltop Haven! Located only a short walk from the heart of Downtown Brevard, Silvermont Park, and Franklin Park and Pool, this home is also less than 10 minutes from Pisgah National Forest. Historic, updated, and pet-friendly, Hilltop Haven is perfect for hikers, cyclists, kayakers, families, and lovers of nature and waterfalls. This private home has an easy driveway with ample parking space for multiple cars. With 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, this home comfortably sleeps 10 guests.
Once inside, Hilltop Haven has everything needed for a 5-star stay. The main floor living area is home to plenty of comfortable seating for cozying up, and a large smart TV for streaming. The updated kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a coffee station with both a standard drip pot and a Keurig and has been thoughtfully stocked with all the dishes and cookware needed to prepare meals for your group. One of the dining areas is complete with a table and seating for 6, while the breakfast room just off the kitchen has additional seating for 4.
Two bedrooms are located on the main level of this home. Bedroom 1 is home to a King-Sized bed and bedroom 2 is complete with a Queen-Sized bed. A full bathroom with a shower/bathtub combo is also located on the main level of the home.
Traveling the staircase to the upper level of the home takes you to two additional bedrooms and another full bathroom. Bedroom 3 holds a King-Sized bed. Bedroom 4 is perfect for all the smallest travelers in your group and is home to 2 Twin-Sized beds, 1 Twin-Sized day bed, and 1 Twin-Sized trundle. Bean bag chairs and another television make this the perfect spot for the little ones to unwind. The second bathroom, located in the hallway between the two upstairs bedrooms, is complete with a shower.
In addition to the indoor features and amenities, the outdoor spaces at Hilltop Crossroads Cottage also lend themselves to a great vacation. Sitting atop over an acre of land, this home feels spacious and private, while also being just a stone’s throw from the middle of downtown. A gas grill and charcoal grill are provided for evening cookouts and the yard is great for running off energy. Place was very clean, super spacious, and had a very well stocked kitchen. Easy walking distance from downtown (paved sidewalk on main street takes you into town). The host was very communicative and got back to my questions within minutes. Would absolutely stay here again!
