In order to consistently provide this rare amenity, we strictly enforce a no-pet policy and never use air fresheners, plugins, or strong chemicals, ensuring a fresh, scent-free environment. Three spacious bedrooms, each featuring a Nectar king-sized bed and a 43" HD wall-mounted TV for ultimate relaxation after a day of adventure.
Dedicated workspaces in both upstairs bedrooms provide a productive environment for remote work or study.
Open-concept main floor seamlessly integrates a stylish living room, a fully equipped modern kitchen, and a dining area for six—perfect for sharing stories and meals with friends and family.
High-speed Wi-Fi and board games ensure entertainment and relaxation during downtime.
Hot Tub Heaven: Soothe tired muscles in the private 6-person hot tub, meticulously maintained for your ultimate comfort and hygiene.
Cedar outdoor (hot) shower offers a refreshing rinse after exhilarating mountain biking or hiking adventures.
Cozy Evenings: Firepit with seating for six sets the perfect ambiance for sharing stories and stargazing under the clear mountain sky.
Alfresco Dining: Patio with a 6-person dining table allows for savoring meals amidst the fresh mountain air.
Secure Bike Storage: Secure, climate-controlled outbuilding dedicated to bike and sporting equipment storage, ensuring your gear stays safe and in top condition. As of April 2025, the outbuilding will have a remote work space, making it the perfect, secluded spot to get work done.

The rest of Brevard is also walking distance - vibrant shops, restaurants, breweries, the White Squirrel Arcade, the Saturday Farmer's Market, and Brevard College. Easy access to grocery stores and essential services.
Mountain Biking & Hiking Paradise: Prime location near Pisgah National Forest, DuPont State Recreational Forest, and other popular trails for epic mountain biking and hiking experiences. Explore hundreds of miles of single-track trails suitable for all skill levels. Access to bike rentals and services are conveniently located within walking distance from the house.
Security Cameras: There are two security cameras - one each side of the house (both face outwards towards the driveway/street) and one camera on the back of the bike barn facing out into the woods. There are no indoor surveillance devices.

Clean. Comfy beds. Quiet rooms for sleeping. Excellent property. Brad reached out prior to our trip, which was super. We had no need to contact him over the weekend we were there, but I am sure his reachability and responsiveness would have been great. The management of the property shows that the host is on top of everything.

My friends and I absolutely loved our stay in this house. The house was very clean, very well equipped having everything we needed from extra towels to cozy, plush blankets, a fire pit, a jacuzzi, comfortable beds. The location was close to restaurant and bars. I plan to stay here again.
