Our spacious mid-century 3 bed, 2 bath rancher, has an open plan living space, a gas fireplace, and a fantastic screened porch! And 2 adjustable WFH stations and a large kitchen stocked with the tools to make your gourmet fantasies come true. 10 mins bike / drive from Pisgah National Forests or the Brevard Music Center. 25 mins from Dupont Wilderness, 40 minutes from Asheville. A quiet safe, and convenient neighborhood.
The space
Set back from the road on a tranquil cul-de-sac, the hideaway boasts a 1/2 acre yard. We are minutes from downtown Brevard and Pisgah National Forest. Oakwood Drive offers unmatched front and back yards, an attached two-car garage, and a screened back porch. Inside, you will find a large living room, an open-concept dining room with a fireplace, and a spacious kitchen. Off of the dining area, you can access the covered back porch, which is perfect for entertaining. On the other side of this one-level, brick ranch home, you will find three nicely configured bedrooms and two full bathrooms—with large windows, plenty of natural light, and wide hallways. A great neighborhood, our guests often extend their stay by months at a time and enjoy dog walks, visiting with the kind neighbors, and settling into this cozy home.
