About this house rental
A true Brevard downtown locals luxury experience. This beautiful home sits in the vibrant heart of the lumber yard arts district and sleeps seven-plus in two bedrooms. Enjoy two full luxury baths, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, a large dining room, a cozy living room with a gas fireplace, a fenced-in yard for pets, and ample parking. It is a short walk or ride to EVERYTHING BREVARD...great restaurants, unique shopping, local arts and music, and breweries, and an easy drive to waterfalls, hikes, biking, fishing, and more.
This is a pet friendly home. The front yard is fully fenced in and we do allow dogs to come on your vacation but we ask you please let us know as there will be a pet fee of $25/night for up to 2 pets and $15/night for each additional after. Please notify Gareth that you are bringing your furry friend and arrange to pay the pet fee.
Your host is Gareth and your hospitality manager is Perry. Steve, Gareth's father helps with guest needs on occasion.

Great cottage style home with a fantastic primary suite. Loved the front porch and the kitchen was amazing. An easy walk to downtown and the Lumber District. Even saw a few white squirrels while out on the front porch :).

Beautiful house in a great location within walking distance to lots of fun places. I would buy this place if I could and move in permanently. It is perfect!

This was undoubtedly the best Vrbo I have ever stayed in. It was clean, well apportioned, comfortable and in a great location. Gareth was quick to answer questions and was polite and courteous. I'll definitely be staying there again!
