About this house rental
A remodeled 1940s home with original charm, sleeping up to 7 — ideal for group getaways, reunions, and gatherings of every kind.
The master bedroom offers a queen bed and a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower (bench seat, shower wand — no tubs in the home), a quiet retreat for anyone wanting privacy. The second bedroom features a queen bed plus a twin-over-full bunk (top bunk recommended for guests 200 lbs or less). A futon in the office adds one more flexible sleep option if needed. Comfortably sleeps 6, up to 7.
The kitchen was recently updated with all-new appliances, including an air fryer oven, plus a dedicated coffee bar for slow mornings. The separate dining room seats eight — plenty of room for the whole group to sit down together.
A covered porch for evenings together, rain or shine. A dedicated office with 2-gig internet is also available for anyone who needs to check in on work during the trip. The backyard and side yard also offer space for cornhole or other group activities.
A secure, lockable room inside the garage with plenty of room for outdoor equipment.
The Estatoe Trail is just 50 yards from the front door — an easy ride into downtown Brevard or into Pisgah National Forest. Minutes from some of the best outdoor recreation in Western North Carolina: Pisgah National Forest (10 min), DuPont State Recreational Forest (15-20 min), Holmes Educational State Forest (20-25 min), and Gorges State Park (30 min).
