Two upstairs bedrooms feature one room with a queen bed and one room with two twins beds. Both featuring large windows with great WNC views. Uncovered patio with table and chairs for 4. Loft area upstairs also has a trundle bed fit to sleep one (1) additional guests. Downstairs bedroom has a queen bed and an attached bathroom with an original clawfoot tub.
Situated a few blocks from the Brevard bike path (yes, you can bike there!) and a 3 minute drive to downtown Brevard, this is a great home to unwind and feel like you are away from it all, while situated in the middle of town.
Pisgah National Forest and Bracken Mountain Preserve are a quick bike ride. Dupont State Forest is a short drive for hiking, mountain biking or playing in the waterfalls. Seconds to downtown Brevard, bike paths, breweries, restaurants. The Asheville airport is under a 30 minute drive and downtown Asheville is 40-45 minutes away.

Great location, so much available within a few minutes drive. My husband, son and I, along with our dogs had a wonderful stay. The fenced in yard is perfect for the pups. My husband and I enjoyed the screened in porch at night. Very clean and comfortable home. Agata was a pleasure to communicate with. We hope to come again soon. Thank you for q wonderful stay!

Close to everything. The neighborhood is quiet and clean. The house and furniture was comfortable with plenty of room to move around. So much better than hotels. Love the fact that it’s pet friendly with a fenced area. Would stay here again

We loved our stay at this charming and pet friendly house. Everything was clean and organized. The location is central to all kinds of activities; we especially enjoyed exploring DuPont State and Pisgah National Forests. Any questions we had were answered promptly by the host. If the opportunity arises in the future, we would love to come back.
