Welcome to the Rosie's Retreat, a new construction, pet-friendly, 4 bedroom 2.5 bath home with a fully fenced yard, located in an active neighborhood near the paved bike path in Brevard, only a couple minutes away from the many restaurants, coffee and ice cream shops, and specialty stores Downtown Brevard has to offer!  Upon arrival at Rosie's Retreat, guests are greeted by a flat driveway with ample parking for 2-3 cars.

The front porch at the Rosie's Retreat is furnished with a swing and additional seating; perfect for your morning coffee or tea.  As you enter the home, you will be greeted by a spacious living area, ample seating, and a television with Comporium full cable access included.  The kitchen is just off the living room and has been thoughtfully curated with an electric flat top stove, stainless steel appliances, a 12-cup coffee maker and electric kettle, dishes, and all the pots and pans needed to prepare meals during your stay.  The dining area is located by the kitchen and is complete with a dining table (with additional leaf) for 6-8 guests.  2 additional seats are available at the custom, live-edge kitchen bar.  A half bath is located on the main level near the kitchen, as well as a laundry room with new full-sized washer and dryer.

The primary bedroom at Rosie's Retreat is located on the main level of the home.  It is home to an adjustable queen size bed, an ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and a shower/bathtub combo, a large walk-in closet, and french doors leading to the back porch.  As you travel up the stairs to the second floor of Rosie's Retreat, you will be greeted by 3 additional bedrooms and 1 full bathroom.  Bedroom 2 offers a queen sized bed and bedroom 3 offers a full sized bed.  Bedroom 4 is home to 2 twin sized beds.  A second full bathroom with shower/bathtub combo services the 3 upstairs bedrooms and is also located upstairs on the second floor.

This home enjoys easy access to Brevard's paved bike trail and if you are ready for hiking, waterfalls, and biking adventures, limitless options await with the entrance to Pisgah National Forest only 10 minutes away, Dupont State Forest and Caesars Head Visitor Center less than 30 minutes away, and Gorges State Park only 35 minutes away.

When you and your group are ready to unwind after a long day of enjoying the area, the side porch off the kitchen has seating for visiting with your group. If you decide to eat at home, a propane grill and dining table for 4 are available for your cookout.  The host has even provided a lockable bike storage option and a bike repair station, if your bike needs some attention after a day on the trails!

As your host during your stay, White Squirrel Realty is easy to reach by text or phone.  Each home is supplied with fresh, professionally laundered linens and supplies to make your stay comfortable.  Confirmed guests will receive a text message to the cell phone on the reservation with a link to the essential information needed to enjoy your stay, like the door code and directions.  The digital guidebook has information on the property and also on the area, including restaurants, grocery stores, and popular destinations.  Guests can go straight to the property they have reserved at check-in time.
