About this house rental
Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this comfy 3 bedroom/2 bath home in the quaint mountain town of Brevard. The main/master bedroom has a Queen-sized bed, and the 2 remaining bedrooms are furnished with a Queen in one and two twin beds in the 3rd, comfortable for sleeping 6 people.
The open, bright living room has 3 large windows overlooking a large, private, grassy and natural setting. Hardwood floors thoughout the house. The kitchen is newly renovated and equipped with a dishwasher, dispose-all, microwave, toaster oven, drip coffee maker, crock pot, blender, along with a spacious refrigerator and oven/stove. Plenty of dishes, cookware and utensils for home cooked meals provided.
Situated in the downtown Brevard area, guests can walk to town or to Silvermont Park or Franklin Park for tennis, playground, pool, and jogging/walking trails. Enjoy eating dinner or relaxing on the back deck overlooking a large, grassy backyard with a creek and natural area beyond. Day trips can include visiting the many waterfalls, hiking trails or tubing rivers in the area, or shopping the unique toy store, OP Taylors, and many other downtown shops and attractions. Easy drive to Dupont State Forest, Pisgah Forest, Asheville and the Blue Ridge Parkway.
Mountain-biking enthusiasts will love the easily accessible, spacious, clean and secured basement to store bikes and gear with easy access to the outside for hosing off and cleaning up.
For our potential guests with mobility limitations, we want you to know that there are 9 stairsteps to the front door and 17 stairsteps to the back door.

Every time we think we’ll vacation some place else, Brevard, this home and its hosts bring us back. It’s a wonderful home in the perfect location to enjoy all Brevard, the Pisgah forest and surrounding area have to offer. We have stayed here several times and are always grateful for the fine hospitality.

This was our second time staying here. What a nice house with a beautiful back yard with a little creek that attracts white squirrels, deer and all kinds of birds. Very peaceful. The house has everything you need. Very clean and well appointed. Thank you Sara and John!
