The apartment has an independent entrance, enjoys excellent sun exposure throughout the day; completely new and perfectly insulated from the outside under the thermal and acoustic profile, it is equipped with an independent heating system under the floor and has been furnished with great taste and attention to the smallest details.
The apartment, equipped with air conditioning, includes: independent kitchen with French window and dining table, living room with window and two sofas, one of which is a bed, double bedroom with canopy bed and sofa.

A fully equipped laundry room is available for use in a condominium with the upper floor apartment.

A free covered parking is also available in the city of La Spezia where you can leave your car for the destinations: visit to the city, ferry embarkation, train station.

We stayed only 4 days in this wonderful appartement- and it was certainly to few. We have never visited this area before and we were strucked by it's charm and beauty.
The host mr. Armando Bonomi was very helpful both in practical matters but also in giving inspiration and ideas about what to see in the region.

I spent a week in the garden flat and it was a lovely stay. The place was exactly as pictured, clean, bright and fresh with a very comfortable bed.
My friends were staying in the upstairs flat so it was nice to make use of both outside spaces.
The check in process was easy, Armando was super friendly and helpful and easy to contact when needed.
While this is not necessarily a negative Just note the place is located quite far from anything so you do need a car if you stay here.
I would definitely come back for a relaxing chilled break.

The facilities at property was exactly as we expected. The apartment is in a quite area on a hill overlooking La Sepzia. We had hired a car so getting into town was no problem. We visited many places in the surrounding area - very easy. Fantastic Holiday and will certainly book this apartment again.
