The property is clean and has all the luxury you can wish. But even more important is the friendly owner who is very helpful and attentive. The house is situated in a very nice region. The owner gives very good advise were to go.

We stayed in the 1 bedroom apartment on the upper floor for 1 week. There is another apartment below that was not occupied. The laundry room is downstairs and is shared with the apartment below. The apartment is very bright and clean with high ceilings. The bed was very comfortable. The highlight for us was the large terrasse with a fantastic view of the harbor and the bay. The kitchen was well equipped and we didn't miss anything. Our car was safely parked in a garage which is a big plus. Check-in and check-out was easy. Armando gave us many tips for where to shop, eat and what to see. The location requires a car. Although the house is on a narrow road with some traffic, road noise was never an issue. We would definitely stay at Armando's place again.

We found it hard to find an apartment with a cozy interior in Italy. But this one is special! Pretty, tastefully decorated and with a terrace overlooking the bay of La Spezia. Just wonderful! The owner is very polite and available when necessary. Really recommended!

Armando’s place is amazing. We stayed here for 2 weeks and really enjoyed ourselves. The place has an amazing view and balcony - we enjoyed eating dinner outside most nights. We also needed to work from here for a short time and the internet was fast and reliable. The kitchen was great to cook and we had everything we needed. The place is nice and quiet and easy to drive to La Spezia and all of the things in the area. Thank you again - we can’t wait to return one day

Richard & rose from the uk .... we had an amazing time at la spezia and the apartment was very nice with a balcony that looked out on to the port and la spezia . it is up in the hills and would recommend it . The owner mr bonomi was very helpful and gave us a tour of the town . So looking foreword to the next trip to la spezia

My Partner and I had an amazing stay in La Spezia in this apartment. It was clean, bright and modern throughout - very good value for money. It's tucked away up in the hills and is very peaceful. We enjoyed breakfast out on the balcony of the top floor apartment. It's a lovely outside space which can seat 4 or more people. It's about 30-40 min walk to the main town - but it's a pleasant walk. I would definitely recommend it to anyone. It's close by car to Pisa Airport (45 mins). Also closely situated to the region of Cinque Terre, which is accessible by train from La Spezia. The owner of the property is great and is very helpful should you need anything.

Our stay in La Spezia! My husbond and I had an amazing week. Our first vacation in Italy The appartement is light, friendly and very clean - and has an amazing view over the sea and La Spezia. And mostly very injoyable! The weather, the countryside, the ocean and the people of La Spezia are unbelivably friendly and seviceminded. The keyword is service! Mr Bononi gave us kind of a "guided Tour" in the area the first morning, this gave os an idea of what to expect. The appartement was perfect for us. Light and friendly and very clean. We would like to, once again, travel from Denmark to the appartement!
