Location is perfect as you are close to everything, 5th Avenue15 minute walk to Walmart for all your essentials, very close to the pier and the ferry to Cozumel.. The view is fabulous, its like you are on top of the ocean. The accommodations were comfortable but could use a freshening up both inside and outside. The concierge answered all questions promptly.

The property is located right on the beach with a great view and great location as far as getting hi fifth avenue and all of playa Del Carmen. The unit does not have a pool as is stated in the listing.
