The space
Majestic home in exclusive Phase 1 Playacar. This includes the first (ground) and second floors of “Castillo 1” on the property. Reserve both properties for larger groups of up to 50.
Prime location situated at the entrance to Phase 1—you’re within walking distance of everything. The beach is just 150 meters away, 5th Ave is right around the corner, and you’ll enjoy a small ocean view from the rooftop, where you’ll also find a jacuzzi (sun-heated only) and a seating area.
Walk out of your ground-floor living room and step right into the front-yard pool. This pool is shared with the other Castillo. There’s an outdoor shower to rinse the beach sand off your feet and body.
The house has 3 levels (you’re renting only the first two). Each level consists of one kitchen and living area, plus three bedrooms. The open-concept and open-air architecture allows a tropical breeze to flow throughout the entire house.
24-hour security is located just across the street, and it’s a gated community, so the area is extremely safe.
And don’t forget to enjoy your access to the rooftop for the ocean view!
Book early, as we also rent the house to smaller groups. A single small reservation could prevent you from booking the entire villa.
