PLEASE NOTE: This property does not offer elevators. Spiral staircase must be used to access each unit and rooftop access.

For your peace of mind, the property features gated access to both the parking area and the apartment courtyard. Each apartment has its own private entrance that can be securely locked. Apartments 2A, 3A, and 2B feature locking sliding glass doors, while Apartment 1A has a traditional locking entry door. We offer convenient self check-in, allowing you to arrive at a time that works best for you. Prior to your arrival, you’ll receive check-in instructions along with your access code for your apartment’s lockbox. Retrieving your keys is quick and easy, so you can begin enjoying your stay as soon as you arrive.Casa Blanca is located in a genuine local neighborhood where you’ll experience the authentic rhythm of everyday life in Playa del Carmen. This isn’t a resort community, it’s a place where local families live, children play, and neighbors gather.

Across the street is a community soccer and basketball court that serves as a neighborhood gathering place. At times, you may hear people enjoying a game or spending time with friends, especially in the afternoons and evenings.
