Large room, comfortable beds and linens, 3 full bathrooms (one per room) and one half, great wine glasses :), Great pool and hot tubs although one did not work for bubbles. Drinking water was included along with electricity, Great air conditioning. Keyless entry was a bonus. All three bedrooms and bathrooms were same size, and a good size at that with lots of closet space etc.
WIFI was great in most of the unit except the front bedroom, Balcony view was private but faces a wall and there were a few mosquitos. Kitchen faucet was a little leaky but still worked. Appliances a little tired but worked.

The place is in very poor condition. Repairs need to be done. Kitchen sink tap leaked, 1 toilet wasn't working, major leak on wall from pipe & lots of water on floor. Wonderful place, loved the apartment & location but please get it in shape.
