High above the nightlife in a 4 bedroom Penthouse with great ocean view and with over 350 sq meters overlooking the high energy entertainment district in Playa Del Carmen. Located 20mt (70ft) from the beach and next the hottest clubs, bars and restaurants...There is no better location .
This amazing 4 bedroom Penthouse with an incredible panoramic ocean view has more than 350 square mts (3,700 square ft) overlooking the high energy entertainment district in Playa Del Carmen (clubs zone) and just 50 meters from the famous 5th Avenue.
The Penthouse offers a private pool, 2 balconies, 4 king size beds, full kitchen, smart tv, wifi, huge living area with a dining table, AC in all the rooms, 2.5 bathrooms and a place for Bbq.
The space consists of a private condominium built on the entire top floor of a boutique hotel , allowing access for you and your guests through the hotel lobby . The hotel also has a 24/7 lobby and guard.
Guest access is through the 3beca hotel entrance on 1st Street . Guests are allowed exclusive access to the Penthouse Suite.
We live off premises but nearby and are always available to assist you with anything you need. This is your vacation and it is my job to ensure that you have an excellent time. If you have questions, please ask.

This area is the primary location in Playa Del Carmen for Entertainment, Bars, and Clubs. We are 2 blocks from 5th Ave. which is full of shopping and restaurants. We are also 20m (70ft) from the beach
This location is 1 block from 5th Ave. and 20m (70ft) from the beach. The entire area is easily walkable. There are always taxis available in the area
Electricity in Mexico is very expensive, and guests are politely asked to conserve energy whenever possible by limiting the use of air conditioning when not occupying the space (When you head across the street to the beach).8
We ask that you take care of the condominium and the items inside. Smoking inside the unit is strictly prohibited, but you can always smoke on the balcony. No pets are allowed on the premises. The property is located in the entertainment district, and it may be a bit loud for some people. We thank you in advance for treating the property with respect, and we would love to have you back.
