About this villa rental
Beautiful villa of 110 m² in a park of 7000 m² down to the beach Graniers, next to the Citadel and 7 minutes walk from the village. Magnificent views of the golf of Saint Tropez. The villa consists of a large living room (dining room and living room opening onto two terraces, overlooking the sea, the other an interior garden), a large bedroom (double bed) with cupboards and bathroom , bedroom with two single beds and a separate bathroom. Two sleeping are possible in the living room. A fully equipped kitchen: washing machine, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, ref cong, etc. Two separate toilets.
Two terraces, a large 40 m2 terrace with sea view on the bay of St Tropez and the park.
Garden furniture, a barbecue and a plancha are available and sun loungers. No need for swimming, the beach is at the bottom of the garden, you are the waterfront.

This house has the most amazing views ! The outside of the house looks like the house from The Durrells in Corfu( If you’ve seen the show) Every morning I awoke to the most beautiful sunrises with my window wide open with a light sea-breeze! It’s about 200 steps to the gate to the beach through the property to the cute little Le Graniers beach. It has a great restaurant on it… make reservations! It’s a wonderful pleasure to take a dip in the sea in early morning with your coffee. We would go back and forth all day to the beach to swim after shopping or eating out. Even night swimming. We cooked many meals and the kitchen is simple but has everything you need. The house is also simple and from the pictures you see exactly what you get. It’s a charming family beach house . No frills..You are paying for the view and the short 7 minute walk to town. Location location location!! It’s not easy to get to beaches in st. Tropez and this is kinda like your own private beach as it’s so close. (Not too crowded) Nicholas was very helpful when I had a problem with the washing machine and sent a repair person very quickly on a Saturday which is not easy in St. Tropez in the summer! Laetitia checked us in was very helpful. I would stay all summer if I could! I hope to come back again soon . I will dream of it….
