In the PARC DE LA MOUTTE, one of the most beautiful private estates in Saint-Tropez, on the edge of Salins beach (the house is 200 meters walk from the beach), 5 minutes by car from the center town, beautiful single-storey house in a condominium (large property divided into 4 lots) comfortably accommodating 10 people.
The house is in its original state with period tiled bathrooms, terracotta floor tiles preserved since its construction and original white plaster walls inside and pink exterior.
It includes 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living/dining room and a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a staircase leading to a roof terrace with views over the entire Park.
Two bedrooms with King size beds purchased in 2024, three other bedrooms with beds respectively in 160 140 and two times 90 which are several years old.
You also have a private garden, as well as, shared with the 3 neighbors of the property, a large swimming pool and a large parking lot with automatic gate with a socket for electric car.
THE PARC DE LA MOUTTE is a tropical park of 25 hectares, enclosed, guarded, and also equipped with two tennis courts, one in quick and the other in synthetic turf and direct access to the very beautiful beach of Salins , a large swimming pool by the sea with surveillance in July and August.
