Great location

Property is very well kept and clean . Comfortable bedding . Superb location.

Was a bit disappointed by the air conditioning in the second bedroom as it was not there, so I had to stay with the door open and wasn't strong enough to reach the bedroom area I was sleeping in . For 800€ a night, I wouldn't expect to have this issue.

Excellent apartment in the Old Town - close to everything.

Great location in the Old Town. Our apartment no. 5 (2 beds/2 bathrooms) was compact but worked well for 2 couples travelling. Beds/bedlinen are super comfy. We self catered a few times and kitchen although small had what we needed. Instructions directions to accom were very clear (self check in). Entry and stairway new and clean. If you love Cedric Grolet, the patisserie is outside the apartment. Ensuite in main bedroom is a good size. Apartment is quite new. Overall great value for money.

Although quite a new renovation, A few of fixtures and fittings were coming loose and needed repairing. No hanging space for clothes in main bedroom but room for luggage. A few cleaning items in the kitchen would have been welcome.

We thought this place was perfect honestly. If I have any feedback at all it would be to add a trash can in the kitchen area for incidentals used there (but maybe there is one and I just couldn’t find it?).

Amazing Week end in Saint Tropez

Being located directly in Saint-Tropez’s hyper-centre, Résidence Feniers places you within easy walking distance of most facilities and things to do in the town. I was there for the marathon and the apartment’s kitchen allowed me to prepare pre-race meals on my own schedule, while roomy living areas and comfortable beds provide a restful environment.

We would highly recommend this place

The apartment is clean and the space is well-used. The furniture is brand new. We truly enjoyed our short one-night stay.

We were surprised about security deposit of 1000 euro. However we got full refund on the same day.

The second bedroom did not have an AC Vent so we had to keep the door to the other bedroom open so the AC would circulate. The AC was on upon our arrival and it was cool inside the apartment. That was a plus!

Not so clean and terrible service. Not how I imagined St. Tropez to be!

great location

not very clean. it’s incredible that they charge everyone a 250 euro cleaning fee but when we got there there what what looked to be blood splatter on the walls. GROSS! before getting to the property we called to get a read on the parking. we were Assured there was parking 200m from the property. When we got to the property the was no parking available ANYWHERE! We had to haul our luggage blocks to the unit. The worst part was that we were stranded for at least 1.5 hours waiting for someone from booking or the property to assist us. The property only emailed us the code for the unit, not the main door so we were stranded in front of the building until luckily another guest told us the code. The code that should have been provided to us with the email containing the lockbox code. We were a tired family of 6 who just wanted to unwind and explore the area after a long day of driving But instead we were panicking on where we were going to lay our heads at night and the recipient of stares from everyone who passed by us. it was very embarrassing. I’m still waiting for booking to call me back like they said they would. overall the experience was terrible and unlikely to hook again due to the lack of follow thru and service.

This management is terrible. Even when they got a hold of us after my review they tried to justify

We loved the location, newness & cleanliness. Main bathroom was nice size. Washer/dryer was convenient.

Bed is too big. Couldn’t get to one side of bed w/o crawling over bed because of a random shelf at the foot. Headboard was too thick. Kitchen table & chairs are too big for space, no room for suitcases, Wi-Fi didn’t work unless you stood outside apt. MANAGEMENT WAS COMPLETELY UNRESPONSIVE EVEN WHEN WE COULDNT GET THE LOCKBOX OPEN. We had to knock on neighbors doors at midnight for help.

Absolutely wonderful. My family loved the apartments and we all had a wonderful time.

Great location and wonderful interior.

The bathroom cabinet came off the wall randomly. Very lucky that we weren’t in there at the time. Property contact was very quick to respond to my message. And assured me it would be fixed promptly. Unfortunately the above didn’t happen regarding the bathroom cabinet. Instead the company chose to retain €300 of my deposit. Really unacceptable considering we hadn’t used the drawer and weren’t even in the bathroom at the time. Such a shame as the place and location are lovely. Customer service were not polite once they realised I’d raised a complaint but that didn’t get me anywhere except a £25 voucher offer from booking.com 🤷🏻‍♀️who also said there was nothing more they could do.

Worse experience

Host not contactable to collect keys. My doc have been validated but my payment for security deposit could not go through after trying 5 times with different credit cards. After that, I couldn’t contact the host anymore. Many urgent Emails and WhatsApp sent but receive no response. This is a terrible experience.

Réveillon à St Tropez !!

Emplacement excellent pour visiter St Tropez. Propreté de la location impeccable. Equipement très bien même s'il pourrait y avoir en plus des coupes à champagne ;-). Facile d'accès, parking pas loin à pieds et commerces proches.

Un peu de bruit dans la rue dont le service nettoyage de la mairie, mais la location n'est pas responsable.

El baño tiene mucho olor a cloaca que se nota es un problema de la edificación no de limpieza , al no tener ventilació y el estractor no anda bien por momentos se hacía insoportable

Charmante petite chambre très bien équipée et aménagée très belle salle de bain

Nous avions la chambre rdc côté rue avec une fenêtre condamnée et surtout la pâtisserie grolais avec table petit déjeuner sous nos fenêtres Le magasin ouvre à 6h pour les préparatifs…. De plus les chambres sont très très mal insonorisées et pas de wifi (annoncé) mais aucun opérateur ne passent en rdc donc oublié vos portables ou télétravail

La struttura prenotata per 5 persona assolutamente non adeguata per 5 ospiti non era vivibile, non ci sono armadi non c’è un posto dove poter appendere un asciugamano se si arriva con le valigie non si sa dove metterle Pulizia scarsa anzi nulla tavolo appiccicoso e sporco di briciole

la proximité du lieu du centre ville et l'accès aux festivités. L'accessibilité du logement et son sentiment de sécurité malgré un RDC. Un studio agréablement accueillant, Merci aux personnes qui ont fait le lien à distance suite aux questions posées.

le bruit des autres locataires à l'étage, l'impossibilité de faire aérer le studio par le blocage des fenêtres, pour autant il existe une climatisation.
