The worst stay ever

Only the location Every thing else was a disaster

The AC did not work in 3 rooms The electricity was cut off for the whole evening making it impossible to shower and pack up

A cool holiday with friends

In the centre, top location. The House is Beautiful, Well-kept. The staff was super kind and helpful. A well-stocked kitchen and the house in general too. Everything clean, nothing left to chance. Even the girl who said goodbye to us at the end of our stay was very kind. I recommend it to everyone.

Terribly uncomfortable and inconvenient apartment in an excellent location

The location is perfect! Quick and easy walk to everything you'd want to check out in the old town of saint tropez.

So many issues with this property, I don't know where to begin. First, the address was different than what's listed. Its a few homes down, but not what we were expecting and confusing. You cannot take a car directly to the property to we were struggling dragging our bags to find the place. There are a couple of flights of stairs to get to the unit which isn't mentioned anywhere in the listing. I had a lot of heavy luggage and would have booked differently if i knew that to be the case. Most frustrating was the key! We struggled everyday to get in/out of the unit. In order to open the door from the outside you must use the key, but also to lock it it behind you from the inside it needs a key. There was a sign over the door indicating to turn the handle first, etc, but it was impossible! It sometimes took upwards of 10 mins fiddling with the lock to try and get in/out! We had multiple ubers cancel on us and we were late to our reservations because of this issue. In top of that, the upstairs bathroom had broken glass in it. My friend who was staying there could have slashed his feet if he didn't notice--totally unacceptable for an apartment that was supposed to be clean. We called the property for assistance, or to move to another space and they never called us back! Aside from that, not very comfortable. There wasn't really any natural light, not enough towels, the shower didn't even have a mount to hold the shower head, and there was no shower curtain or door so the whole room would get wet with water when taking a shower. Wouldn't recommend, wouldn't stay again and honestly should be compensated for such a horrible stay at such a high price.

Feel like a local in the heart of St. Tropez

In the heart of the town steps from stores and restaurants. Clean and nicely furnished. Air Conditioning and appliances looked brands new. Bed was comfortable. Market nearby for any basics needed. Easy communication with booking staff .

Due to central location you do hear people on the streets at night. We were there mid week so not too noisy.

One of the best locations in St Tropez

They sent me the wrong check in address and you can't park in the neighborhood to unload your luggage so we were struggling with an illegally parked car and finding the unit (Which took 45 mins). For the price we paid, the room was tiny.

Excellent location!

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The location was excellent, close to everything I needed. The space was surprisingly large, beautifully decorated, and spotless. It felt very comfortable and well-maintained. The host was also great, very easy to communicate with and always quick to respond. I would definitely stay here again!

The property was great however we did have an issue with getting into the apartment block as the key from the street would not work which was very stressful as I was with my elderly mother in law

Beautiful place. Horrible host. Will not return.

It’s in a great location. A quiet side street in old town. The very picture of old France.

Biggest issue is with the host. I was given the wrong address. I went to the address given and found it not be correct. It took a couple of calls to get it sorted out. No real apology. We walked around Monaco with all our luggage for nearly half an hour trying to find where to go. It was embarrassing and the host offered no recourse. 1 issue with the property itself that mostly falls back on the host. The door handle was broken. Called the host, they said it would be fixed. It never got fixed. I do not recommend this host. 0/10

Fabuleux

Magnifique appartement en plein centre du vieux Saint-Tropez pour ceux qui aiment flâner dans les ruelles. On se sent tout de suite comme chez soi ! Suffisamment de place pour 4 personnes dans le 1 pièce (chambre parentale + grand canapé-lit au salon pour 2 ados), y compris une belle salle de bains à deux lavabos. Cuisine magnifiquement équipée. Les ruelles étaient calme en cette saison (octobre). Comme nous ne trouvions pas les draps pour le canapé-lit, nous avons eu un contact téléphonique avec la gérance qui nous a rapidement recontacté et transmis l'information, donc bonne communication.

Ci-dessous quelques infos utiles, mais en aucun cas cela nous a dérangé pendant notre séjour : - Bien être attentif à l'emplacement de l'appartement car plusieurs adresses différentes. Mais toutes les informations sont très bien transmises via l'application, y compris le code. - Il faut savoir qu'il n'y a pas d'ascenseur dans l'immeuble de la Rue Commandant Guichard. - Il manquerait une ou deux barres, ou crochets, pour suspendre les serviettes dans la salle de bains (si 4 personnes dans l'appartement). - Il manquerait une armoire disponible où ranger les valises; même pour 4 jours, ce serait utile pour 4 personnes. - Il faut savoir qu'il y a un Parking public à env. 10 minutes à pieds; c'est pratique mais très cher !

St Tropez merkezinde çok güzel ve keyifli bir evdi

Konumu harikaydı, ev çok rahattı. Her yere yürüme mesafesindeydi. Yataklar tertemiz ve rahattı. Malzemeler kaliteliydi. Girişte yapmamız gerekenler açık bir şekilde iletildi ve zorluk yaşamadık.

Kapıyı içeriden kilitledikten sonra açmakta biraz zorlandık. Yukarıdaki banyo giderinde problem vardı. Duş sonrası su yatak altına kadar gitti. Her yeri silmek zorunda kaldık.
