About this villa rental
The house is located on the Sainte-Anne hill, just a few minutes’ walk from downtown Saint-Tropez, in a prime location for accessing the beaches of Pampelonne, Canoubiers, and Les Salins.
Nestled in a quiet and secure setting on the Sainte-Anne hillside with a partial ocean view, the villa is about an 8-minute walk from Place des Lices and the village.
The 100-square-meter, air-conditioned house features a large living room with a dining area and a beautiful ground-level terrace, all opening onto a garden and a heated pool.
It features 3 bedrooms with double beds, 2 modern shower rooms with 2 toilets, a large kitchen with new appliances, and 1 laundry room.
The villa, set on fully fenced, landscaped grounds, has an automatic gate and offers 3 outdoor parking spaces.
The house is fully equipped; linens are provided, and housekeeping and maintenance services are arranged during your stay. Rental of a Mini Moke and scooters is optional and available upon request.
Included are three weekly cleanings and weekly visits from the gardener and pool technician.
Furnished seasonal rentals are available only on a weekly basis, from Saturday to Saturday:
Low season: 4,500 euros
High season: 6,500 euros
Prices for other periods available upon request
We rent the house from March through November; Christmas/New Year’s or other periods are available upon request.
A 50% deposit of the rental fee is required to secure the reservation; the balance is due no later than one month before the start of the rental period. The minimum rental period is one week and always runs from Saturday to Saturday. Barring any major incidents, the security deposit will be refunded shortly after the keys are returned. Proof from your insurer confirming the extension of your comprehensive home insurance coverage will be required before the keys are handed over.

We had a wonderful 2 weeks at Villa Les Arbouses.It is a charming property that is well equipped and cared for and is in easy walking distance of town.Our host was very responsive and made the whole rental a pleasure

We had a wonderful time and would say this was the cleanest house we ever rented. Alix and Edwidge have been incredible in making our life easy. The garden was just beautiful, and so was the house's location.
