Luxury Apartment St-Tropez/ 10mn walk to center.

Apartamento con todas las comodidades incluido garaje . Silencioso . Muy bien equipado , decorado con mucho gusto . Muy cerca del centro . Muy atentos los dueños a si necesitábamos cualquier cosa .

No tiene ascensor y solo daban una toalla por persona (sin toallas de manos en los baños )

The apartment is on the 2nd floor and is very clean, very well equipped with for cooking , all modern appliance are provided for and the interior is a modern south East Asian feel . The bathrooms are modern well designed and clean . Good toiletries and towels provided just like a hotel . The interior is well designed and has a cool South - East Asian decor theme of Vietnam and Japanese prints, vases, cutlery, bowls, ect . One of the better apartments I have stayed in recently . The apartment has an excellent air-con system that is essential in the St Tropez hot summer . The small balcony has nice district views of the houses and hills It's a reasonable walking distance of 8-10 min to St Tropez centre without requiring a taxi . Good secure parking and access. Host communication was pretty good via WhatsApp and cleaning was excellent .

The apartment complex has no pool and is entire complex needs updating and the common entry areas has a slight damp /sewer smell , which is not the fault of the host . Balcony is small but ok for two , with the air-con unit blowing hot air on you when you sit down ( if the air-con is working and doubles up for drying your clothes quick ! ) . There is no lift , so if you have heavy suitcases from the car park which is 50-80m away you will struggle lifting the cases up to the apartment so travel light )
