Kitchen equipped with appliances and dishes, bedrooms with linen, main bathroom and service bathroom with washing machine. Panoramic lake balcony with relaxation sofas where you can have breakfast or a romantic aperitif watching the sunset. Cycle track that connects the towns of BRENZONE and MALCESINE over 15 km long.
Along the promenade you can walk to the Brenzone sailing club and the small center of Casteletto di Brenzone where you will find restaurants and bars.

We had such a wonderful 3 days at Stephania’s apt at the end of October. This was our first trip as a family to Venice and Lake Garda. The location and view from the balcony is absolutely stunning. It’s a 6-7 minute walk along the lakeside to 2 local small supermarkets and several bars and restaurants. It’s quiet at night time and very comfortable to sleep. There are fans in the rooms if you need them and a clean fully equipped kitchen. The local people are so friendly and Stephania and did everything to make our stay wonderful. There’s a small private pier and the kids loved jumping in and swimming in the lake, which seemed incredibly clean and is well known for its high purity. We enjoyed an evening at the Thermal Hot pools Park near Colà and went up the cable car up Mount Baldo (5800ft high) at Malcesine. We hope to return and would definitely stay in this beautiful apartment again. Thank you

End of July we spent our family vacation for two weeks in the apartment Olivo. Everything was as described and very clean. The view of Lake Garda from the balcony is fantastic. After a week we got fresh linen and (pool) towels. Our kids loved jumping into Lago di Garda from the jetty right in front of the house. Castelletto is a cute little place with great restaurants. Someday we will visit the appartment again.

Excellent views and location. Super apartment with all we needed for our family. Many restaurants and activities within walking distance and loads of places to visit by boat. Stefania and her family gave us a warm welcome and we also loved their family restaurants nearby

We (3 adults) stayed 5 nights in this lovely apartment in this villa on the sea. Whenever we weren’t walking on the greenway (right below us), we enjoyed the balcony view - wonderful for coffee, breakfast or dinner. Nicely equipped, quiet location. We were able to park in a small lot across the street (big car) - too hard for us to turn around in the villa. Stefania and her family ran the local seafood restaurant in town and we were graciously welcomed and treated like family. Fast response time and help whenever we had a question. Nicely kitchen for breakfasts and easy dinners. Works well for 2-4 family members
