We had a lovely stay at the villa. The location is very calm and offers amazing views, with quick access to the promenade right next to the restaurant near the road.
Keep in mind it may be rainy in May!
There are just a few minor areas where the experience could be improved:
1. Tourist tax was higher than advertised, though we believe this is an issue with Booking.com rather than the owner.
2. In our apartment on the ground floor in the kitchen 1 of 2 power outlets wasn’t working, making impossible to use coffee machine and electric kettle simultaneously.
3. We stayed for 3 days but got just 1 tablet for washing machine that’s not enough for a family of 3 people.
4. We got instructions about garbage segregation, but in the kitchen there was only 1 small trash bin and no garbage bags were provided at all. Having separate trash bins and bags inside the apartment would make it much easier to follow the rules and feel more like at home, even with the garbage containers outside.
