There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed (160x190 cm), bedside tables, a three-door wardrobe and a wall safe and the other bedroom with a bunk bed (80x190 cm) and wardrobe. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, bidet, shower, washbasin with mirror and hairdryer. The flat is equipped with air conditioning (hot and cold) and independent heating.
The flat has a 20 sq m private garden with flower beds, a table and chairs with a sun umbrella and 2 deck chairs and a clothesline with clothes pegs.
