Wonderful duplex with an amazing view

The apartment is fabulous, especially the balcony with an amazing view towards the lake and the mountains behind it. All was clean, beds were comfortable and kitchen well equipped. The jacuzzi with a view was a real bonus and the small garden was safe for the dogs. The village is small but there are a few restaurants, bakery and a supermarket, and Malcesine is just 10 minutes away by car (we also appreciated the garage that was big enough for a big family car). There are plenty of spots where you can go swimming, though not very suitable for small children.

At least in August the village is full of German tourists, you hear more German than Italian. This is of course not something that the owner of the apartment can do anything about.

Fantastic quality property with great views, and everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay at Lake Garda.

Fantastic clean, spacious, modern, comfy well finished and equipped property with amazing views of Lake Garda. Great private garage big enough to park and move around an SUV. Lift to all floors was a welcomed touch when lugging luggage about. The property contact Olimpia was very helpful and went out of her way to visit and return our deposit the evening before we left as we had an early flight to catch the following morning.

Our stay was fantastic and there was nothing not to like however it might be worth giving consideration to the following if we were to be super critical: An additional comfy chair would be good in the living room as the sofa is not big enough for a family of 4. Only a couple of jets seem to be working on the hot tub. One of the toilet seats had a crack in it that pinched you when sat on it so could do with replacing. The open plan stairs are really creaky and noisy so it’s hard not to disturb people in bed if you are going to bed later or getting up early. The option of a couple of extra pillows in the double bedroom would be nice if you are used to sleeping with 2. These are not complaints though but merely suggestions as the place really is great.

The view you will want to get up with and a hot tub you will want to change the water everyday)

#1 View Super view on the Garda lake, also in the morning you will probably see many kite surfers - it's hypnotizing to watch. #2 Hot tub where you can relax with your friends during the cold evenings. #3 Grill plate on the balcony - dinner that we made ourselves was the best. Also recommend 'Osteria Enoteca la Roche' if you are up to some delicious pizza.

Hot tub filters were probably dirty, because the next day the water started smelling pretty bad and got light green color, though we all washed before getting in. You can change water yourself for some unique experience (don't do it) or insist to call the service man to clean everything for you but you still loose 1 hot tub day, because heating the fresh water up to 30+ degrees will take like 10 hours. Our neighbors also had a problem with water, so it's not just a bad luck but the lack of maintenance. Another small issue was loudly squeaking stairs to the 2nd floor and not very comfortable coach.

Piękny widok

Świetny apartament,Bardzo dobrze wyposażony. Zostaliśmy miło przyjęci wszystko zostało nam wytłumaczone. Widok nieziemski z balkonu. Jacuzzi na pewno dodatkowy atut. Jednak bez samochodu ciężko z dojazdami.

W jacuzzi działały tylko 2 dysze więc dla 2 osób reszta jest po prostu w ciepłej wodzie.

Die Lage ist wunderbar. Die Nähe zu einem kleinen Supermarkt und einer kleinen hilfsbereiten KFZ Werkstatt auch prima. die Betreuung vom Gastgeber großartig. Immer hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar.

Die Ausstattung der Küche für 4 Personen etwas zu wenig, das Sofa im Wohnbereich sollte mal getauscht werden. Bisschen Aufmerksamer bei der Reinigung der Wohnung wäre auch toll.

Schönes Appartement in toller Lage

Sehr schönes Appartement in toller Lage und fantastischem Blick auf den See. Schöne Zimmer mit Klimaanlage, die großzügige Terrasse lädt zum Verweilen ein! Für unseren Sohn war der Jacuzzi das absolute Highlight. Auch die Lage ist perfekt: Brenzone ist ein schöner Ort mit tollen Lokalen und netten Bars, aber touristisch nicht zu überlaufen. An der Hauptstraße vor dem Appartement gibt es einen kleinen Greissler, wo wir jeden Tag frische Semmeln und Croissants bekamen. Auch die frischen Wurst und der Käse waren der Hit beim Frühstück!

Der einzige kleine Kritikpunkt ist die Ausstattung der Küche, die besser sein könnte. Wir hatten nur drei Weingläser und mussten uns einige Dinge wie Fläschenöffner, Reibe, etc. selbst kaufen.

Toller Aufenthalt, super Betreuung aber auch etwas Kritik

Top Lage, perfekte Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort die sich auch zu später Stunde sehr zuverlässig gekümmert hat, gute Ausstattung. Der Blick ist fantastisch. Die Betten sind bequem. Man hat viel Platz und auch ein Parkplatz in einer Garage war vorhanden. Es mangelt an wenig.

Es war teilweise wirklich kalt. Die Heizung bringt nicht das gewünschte Wohlgefühl - das ist wirklich ein Thema. Im Detail braucht es etwas Nacharbeit. Teilweise zB kleine Schimmelflecken in den Fugen. Ein paar Basis-Gewürze beispielsweise wären auch nett oder 1-2 Waschmaschinen-Pods (kennen wir von vielen anderen Objekten). Ein größeres Thema neben der Heizung war die elektrische Last. Es flog 6-8x die Sicherung raus zB wenn Herd, Backofen und Whirlpool gleichzeitig laufen. Das ist ärgerlich. Man musste ständig überlegen was jetzt laufen soll oder vor dem Haus die Hauptsicherung wieder einschalten.

Дуже класний комплекс апартаментів, з власним паркінгом, безпечна та красива теріторія. Неймовірний вид з вікна та затишна атмосфера. Зручне разтошування комплексу

Було трошки холодно ввечері, постійно охолоджувалися кімнати на верхньому поверсі, особливо ті що маленькі. Хоча ми і включили все опалення і виставили потрібну температуру. В деяких місцях апартаменти потребують косметиного ремонту.
