Large and bright apartment, parking and terrace overlooking the lake

Although we have visited Italy many times this was our first visit to Lake Garda. We chose this property on the strength of previous comments left by other holidaymakers to the property. The description and pictures of the property we found to be accurate, it was a lovely spacious, bright and clean appartment. As described there are some good restaurants in the village, a couple of stores very close by for all the essentials, cafes for snacks, pizzas, ice-cream. The view from the appartment is stunning and we really enjoyed our week there. The appartment is just off the main road so there is some obvious road noise in the day but as we were out exploring the towns around Lake Garda in the day this was not a problem. The property is perfectly placed for exploring Lake Garda and we would not hesitate to return with our family to this appartment.

The apartment is fabulous everything you need for self catering. Two shops and plenty of restaurants. Tulum and her dad were excellent they even let us use dad's office for our luggage and shelter from the rain as we had a long wait for our bus. Good wifi and bus transfers around the lake every half hour and a ferry as well.

This is a spacious apartment on the outskirts of Brenzone, a small village. A few nice local restaurants, one very fine restaurant, a fish seller and a small supermarket complete the town. The apartment is large and comfortable, but it could do with some improvements to brighten it up. Kitchen was very basic and not well equipped. With a little spruce up it would be a very nice place to stay. A good base for visiting the more interesting towns along the lake.

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment very much. It is spacious and very well equipped. Location is ideal with nice restaurants in the near surrounding. Fausto was a perfect host , arranged everything perfectly for us. Will definetly stay here again during our next visit to Brenzone in October 2016.

We had one of our nicest holidays. We were two weeks in the house with the family and relatives .. We had a great time, with the house that is situated in a great location (100 meters from the center of Castelletto). Castelletto is a very nice town where you can spend time in various ways. you can spend time by going to the bathroom that sailing ,or by walking along the lake or in the interior in the old part of the country or in the nature trails that connect to Brenzone. A very nice holiday in a perfect location and a perfect home !!We spent time in a beautiful and spacious apartment, equipped with every comfort, with a large terrace for lunch and dinner outdoors with breathtaking lake view.Very friendly and helpful owner (father and daughter - Father has his office directly under the apartment). Two weeks really beautiful !!

This is an excellent property in a stunning location directly opposite the lake. Our correspondent, Tulum, and her parents who were on hand when we arrived were incredibly helpful and answered any questions I had. The apartment is very well equipped and easily big enough for the 6 of us- I think 8 people could stay there comfortably! If I visit Lake Garda again, which I definitely want to, I will be staying here again.

Arrived a bit late because of the GPS but Talum the owner was so kind and patient with us to come and meet us at the late hour of our arrival. The place is fantastically located and very reasonably priced. You will find everything you need in it even now a fan because it was very hot and they supplied us with one. Talum and and Fausto her father are quite nice people and they will go out of their way to help out. We were six adults and the rooms are quite comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. Nearby is a small grocer which has all the essentials. We had one of our nicest holidays. It is very recommendable.

We stayed for a week in May in this lovely apartment situated in Casteletto, a small village on the shores of Lake Garda. The village sees less hustle and bustle than tourist havens like Malcesine or Garda, but still boasts several good restaurants, a small grocery, bank machine and a petrol station. Everything is within easy walking distance and very convenient. Being away from the more touristy areas we were able to experience the village life as locals (thankfully for our very limited Italian many people speak English which made this a lot easier). The more touristy areas with lots of shopping are a short drive away. The apartment itself was unexpectedly large and well-maintained. The front terrasse and living room windows boast a spectacular view on Lake Garda, rooms are high ceilinged and generously proportioned, the kitchen is modern and everything is in working order. Wifi worked fine, a big plus. Parking was on the premises and sufficient for a large automobile. The apartment faces the lakeshore road which is quite busy during the day, however it is much quieter at night and bedrooms are at the back so we were not bothered by any traffic noise. The 2 large bedrooms have direct access to a large balcony, and the 3rd bedroom (smaller but still a very good size) has its own private and charming terrasse. The bathroom is well proportioned and airy. The owners Fausto and his daughter Tulum were friendly and very helpful, and we felt very welcomed. And the final plus, the price was very good for this area, giving us great value. We would be happy to return here on a future visit to Garda, and highly recommend the apartment for people wishing for a lovely setting a short distance away from the more well known spots around Lake Garda.

Die Wohnung ist einem sauberen Zustand. Die Ausstattung ist gut, der Blick vom Balkon ist sehr schön, nur leider wird dieser durch den Lärm der direkt am Haus verlaufende Straße getrübt. Die Matratzen der Betten sind dringend zu erneuern, da sehr durchgelegen. Internet funktionierte teilweise sehr langsam und der Fernseher ging bis zur Abfahrt überhaupt nicht.

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Urlaubszeit in dieser Wohnung verbracht. Es ist alles vorhanden und die insgesamt 3 Terassen laden zum verweilen ein. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter verlief absolut problemlos und unkompliziert. Vielen Dank für alles, wir kommen gerne wieder.

War alles so wie es beschrieben war , sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Eine sehr schöne, gut gelegene Ferienwohnung, deren Beschreibung den tatsächlichen Gegebenheiten entspricht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und unseren Urlaub genossen. Allein die Aussicht sorgte bereits für Erholung. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Die Wohnung und ihre Lage sind perfekt . Die Vermieter ist sehr freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Empfang/Übergabe und generell Kontakt zum Vermieter sehr gut und freundlich. Lage und Zustand des geräumigen und modernisierten Appartements ist topp und empfehlenswert. Wir waren mit sechs erwachsenen Personen und es war ausreichend viel Platz. Zwei kleine Bemerkungen: Etwas weniger Wohnzimmer und dafür ein wenig mehr Platz im kleinen Schlafzimmer wären schön. Die WLAN Verfügbarkeit könnte man vielleicht mit einem Repeater verbessern. Danke für einen tollen Urlaub an die lieben Gastgeber!!!

Sehr große, helle und schöne Wohnung. Genau wie im Internet beschrieben. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet: Wir konnten hier toll ausspannen und schön lange am Wasser spazieren gehen. Der Hafen ist zu Fuß nur 5km entfernt, somit war ein Ausflug in anderen Städte vom Gardasee problemlos möglich. Sehr netter Vermieter. Danke für alles. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Beste Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Neben dem traumhaften Blick auf den Gardasee genossen wir vor allem die Terrasse! Perfekte Lage für Tagesausflüge. Parkplatz am Haus. Kleiner Laden z.B. für Früstücksgebäck 80 m entfernt. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.

Die Wohnung ist groß, hell, verfügt über mehrere Balkone und man hat einen super Blick auf den See und die Berge. Freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter.

Wir waren zu fünft eine Woche bei Fausto in der Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Es steht alles zur Verfügung was man für einen Urlaubsaufenthalt benötigt. Durch 3 Schlafzimmer, großem Wohnzimmer und Wohnküche ist wirklich ausreichend Platz. Der Garten mit Grill hinterm Haus ist wirklich schön und bei gutem Wetter hätten wir diesen sicherlich genutzt. Die Vermieter sind sehr zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und unkompliziert: der Herd hat anfangs nicht funktioniert. Ganz selbstverständlich wurde dieser sofort repariert. Die Lage ist super: direkt am See und nicht weit von Restaurants, Supermarkt, Bars. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Die Ferienwohnung ist wirklich sehr schön gelegen. Direkte Seelage am Hafen von Castelletto. 3 Minuten von der Ferienwohnung entfernt befindet sich ein minimarkt, der morgens gute und frische Bötchen oder Brot anbietet. Auch Restaurants und ein kleiner Supermarkt sind zu Fuß ohne Probleme zu erreichen. Wir haben mit 4 erwachsene und 3 Kindern in der Ferienwohnung gewohnt. Es war ausreichend platz für alle da. Jedes Zimmer hat einen Balkon oder Zugang zum gemeinschafts Garten mit Grillplatz. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Die Küche war auch ausreichend ausgestattet. Die Bäder wurden erst vor kurzem saniert. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und standen jederzeit für Rückfragen zur Verfügung. Wir kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist genial für sämtliche Aktivitäten am und um den See herum. Die Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit und kleine Beanstandungen werden sofort erledigt. Die Wohnung ist so groß, dass auch 8 Personen Platz genug haben. Nur 20 Meter nebenan gibt es einen kleinen Laden, wo man u.a. morgens frisches Brot und Brötchen kaufen kann.
