Large and bright apartment located 20 meters from the Lake, has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, large living kitchen and terrace overlooking the lake, private parking. It is located adjacent to a boat club with the possibility of water sports, walk in two minutes and carratteristico the small fishing village of Castelletto, with all services available, bank, bar, kiosk has good restaurants, and boats can be rented sailing, motor and speed boats.

Enjoyed our stay at this lovely 3 bedroom lakeside villa. Walking distance to lots of restaurants and a small supermarket. However advertised as 2 bathroom but the second bathroom was only a toilet and handbasin. A bit inconvenient with 4 adults sharing 1 bathroom as such. Also third bedroom with 2 single beds was a walkway thru to the back patio. However we really loved the location with a great view over the lake. The host was very nice and easy to communicate with. Would recommend

We loved our stay in brenzone! Tulum was an excellent host. She provided us with a lot of great information hikes, touring, and restaurants.The apartment was spacious, well equipped, comfortable, and had a spectacular view. A perfect place for our three days in lake garda.

Apartment is just as expected, perhaps a bit more spacious than what is described. The host was there to great us and let us in. Patio was a Nice place for dinner over looking the lake. Only downside was there were no staples in the kitchen so we had to buy all the basics (oil, salt, pepper, paper towels, etc.)

The place was roomy and comfortable for the 4 of us and our dog. It was in a quiet area of the lake which was really nice. The lake view was wonderful. Our host was so welcoming.

Nice large, clean apartment. Close to restraints and boat rental. The host met us at the apartment explained the appliances and was very easy to communicate and coordinate our arrival. I highly recommend.

Although we have visited Italy many times this was our first visit to Lake Garda. We chose this property on the strength of previous comments left by other holidaymakers to the property. The description and pictures of the property we found to be accurate, it was a lovely spacious, bright and clean appartment. As described there are some good restaurants in the village, a couple of stores very close by for all the essentials, cafes for snacks, pizzas, ice-cream. The view from the appartment is stunning and we really enjoyed our week there. The appartment is just off the main road so there is some obvious road noise in the day but as we were out exploring the towns around Lake Garda in the day this was not a problem. The property is perfectly placed for exploring Lake Garda and we would not hesitate to return with our family to this appartment.

The apartment was as described. Parking on private property. Shops and restaurants nearby in walking distance. Helpful and uncomplicated hosts. Very much enjoyed our family stay of four plus dog. Grazie Mille!

The apartment is fabulous everything you need for self catering. Two shops and plenty of restaurants. Tulum and her dad were excellent they even let us use dad's office for our luggage and shelter from the rain as we had a long wait for our bus. Good wifi and bus transfers around the lake every half hour and a ferry as well.

Comfortable apartment ideal for families - with balconies and a small garden. Fausto and Tulum are excellent hosts.
