The property is newly built and well designed. The views from the terrace/gardens are spectacular. It is very conveniently located to the Lago di Garda loop bath, beaches, etc. There are nice grocery/bread/butcher options nearby and some fine restaurants.

The property manager was friendly, but not very effective at responding to a few issues that came up. The property is nice, but in need of some basic maintenance and upkeep. The place was filthy when we arrived, seemed as if we were the first people to rent it in many months. We notified the manager who had the cleaners come back over to do a more thorough job. Instead of cleaning they gave our nanny a bunch of attitude (my wife and I were out at the time) and left. There are three AC units and they were not working properly. Again we notified the manager, the issue was not resolved by the time we left four days later. The garage door remote was no where to be found and the key pad to open the garage only worked from inside. All minor inconveniences, but in sum left us wishing a different property management company had the contract for the property. Finally, sheets were not included in the rental and had to be paid for extra. Not a problem in principle, except that this extra fee was not disclosed anywhere in the rental agreement. Neither Booking.com nor the rental agency were helpful in resolving the issue.

Die Wohnung und die Lage sind wirklich super.

Die Lage ist wirklich TOP. 5 Minuten zu Fuß ist man am See und in Brenzone dürfen Hunde auch ins Wasser (sofern angeleint) Olimpia, unsere Gastgeberin war wirklich professionell und nett. Sie spricht sehr gut englisch und hat keinen Wunsch abgeschlagen. Als Beispiel: Uns war es etwas kalt in der Wohnung, weil Anfang Oktober witterungsbedingt noch keine Heizung an ist im Normalfall. Aber eine WhatsApp an Olimpia und ca 45 Minuten später war ein Techniker da der sie in Betrieb genommen hat. Der Service ist wirklich top und die Wohnung und Lage sehr schön.

Fantastischer Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus mit Freunden Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem Ferienhaus und können es nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen! Die Sauberkeit war absolut makellos – das gesamte Haus und auch der Außenbereich waren in einem perfekten Zustand, was unseren Aufenthalt umso angenehmer machte. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen: Der großzügige Grill und die liebevoll gestaltete Outdoor-Küche haben uns tolle Abende ermöglicht, und der Pool war ein echtes Highlight – stets sauber und ideal zum Entspannen. Ein besonderer Dank geht an die Vermieter, die uns so herzlich willkommen geheißen haben. Ihre Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft waren außergewöhnlich – sie standen uns immer mit Tipps und Unterstützung zur Seite, ohne dabei aufdringlich zu sein. Alles in allem war unser Aufenthalt ein voller Erfolg, und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
