Location is very good in terms of being close to northern lake Garda attractions and out of the crowds in the southern part. Property is nice. Not elaborate or fancy. It could use a few more items to decorate and make the kitchen more functional. Reasonably spacious. Some road noise in the front but bedrooms are quiet. Host was helpful. Directions need to be improved.

The property is as described but is bigger in reality. Great size for a family of 4. Perfect, conveniently located apartment. The ceiling fans were great at such a hot time of year, really helped us sleep. The apartment is on the main road so noisy at the front during the day however the Lake views are amazing! We were hardly at the property to worry about this anyway. The bedrooms are at the back of the apartment so no noise there. Our host was great, we had an easy check in /out and she told us everything we needed to know. Thank you, we hope to be back!

Die Wohnung ist geräumig, modern, mit allem was man im Urlaub so braucht ausgestattet. Alle drei Räume verfügen über einen Ventilator, und der Blick vom Balkon ist so wunderschön, dass man ihn gerne mit nach Hause nehmen würde. Tuly ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, die alle Wünsche schnellstmöglich erfüllt. Wir hoffen, dass wir bald wieder zu Gast sein können.

Top Lage, Garagenplatz, sauber bis auf Spinnweben im Wohnzimmer, angenehm, dass alle Zimmer mit Ventilatoren ausgestattet sind. Großzügige Terrasse. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Wohnung super Lage. Vermieterin super sympathisch und freundlich. Matratzen und Kissen leider total unge ungemütlich und für sieben Tage ein großes und ein kleines Handtuch definitiv zu wenig. Wohnung im allgemeinen ordentlich jedoch sehr minimalistisch eingeräumt Kissen auf dem Balkon hätten auch nicht geschadet Stühle sehr unbequem

Die Wohnung ist groß genug und hat einen schönen Balkon, aber an den Stühlen und der Küchenausstattung wurde gespart. Keine Schere, keine Teekanne, kein Brotmesser und für sechs Personen würde das Besteck nicht reichen. Der Laden direkt um die Ecke ist super und hat ein großes Angebot.

Die Unterkunft war geräumig und sauber. Check in war unproblematisch. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Durch den Verkehr ist es sehr laut, besonders wenn man den Balkon nutzt. Der Ort ist klein und von daher gemütlich und nicht so voll. Es gibt sehr gute Restaurants. Wir haben Wander-und Mountainbiketouren unternommen. Dafür eignet sich die Gegend hervorragend.

Klasse Fewo mit Seeblick. Sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Zum Parken erhält man einen Ausweis mit dem man das Fahrzeug direkt beim Haus kostenlos abstellen kann. Der Ort selbst bietet nur wenig. 3 Lokale am "Hafen" wo man ohne Reservierung oft Schlange stehen muss um einen Platz zu bekommen. Positiv: Direkt an der Fewo ist ein kleiner Supermarkt.

Nur ca. 100m zum See! Lebensmittelmarkt quasi im Haus, Parkplatz vor der Tür. Der Verkehr auf der Straße ist zwar ärgerlich und anfangs laut. Man gewöhnt sich aber daran. Wohnung sehr sauber, neuwertig eingerichtet. Warmes Wasser dauert etwas länger. Auf jeden Fall gerne wieder!!

Sehr nette Ferienwohnung in günstiger Lage. Das Lebensmittelgeschäft unterhalb des Apartmenthauses bietet alles lebensnotwendige zu moderaten Preisen. Fußläufig zu erreichen sind auch ein kleiner Bäcker und Metzger. Die Küchenausstattung ist recht einfach, aber völlig aussreichend. Eine Mikrowelle wäre vielleicht eine sinnvolle Ergänzung. Der Balkon zur Straße ist tagsüber recht laut, hat aber einen tollen Seeblick. Dafür bietet die nette Terasse hinter dem Haus tagsüber wahlweise Sonne, Schatten und mehr Ruhe. Das Preis/Leistungs-Verhältnis ist Spitze.

Direkt an der Hauptstraße gelegen, der Parkplatz des angrenzenden Supermarktes unterhalb des Balkones, das ganze Haus insgesamt sehr hellhörig. Keine Trittschalldämmung unter dem Laminat. Ist nur etwas für Personen, welche einen tiefen Schlaf haben und deren Toleranzgrenze gegenüber Lärm hoch ist. Eines der 3 in der Beschreibung gezeigten Schlafzimmer könnten wir nicht finden. Dagegen steht im Wohn-Essbereich eine Schlafcouch. Nur ist gerade dieser Teil der Wohnung extrem laut. Die Küche hatte lediglich Minimalausstattung, nicht einmal einen Wasserkocher. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung eher für 4 als für 6 Personen ausgelegt. In Bezug auf Sauberkeit gab es nichts zu beanstanden. Der persönliche Kontakt zum Vermieter war unkompliziert. Hinter dem Haus befindet sich eine sehr schöne Terasse, welche genutzt werden darf. Also, wer kein Problem mit Lärm hat, der ist hier genau richtig, alle anderen sollten es sich überlegen.

Sehr saubere und grosse Wohnung mit einer fantastischen Aussicht. die Einrichtung war sehr neu , bequeme Betten. Wir waren mit 4 Personen dort und wir hatten genug Platz. Ein super grosser Parkplatz ist direk vor der Tuer. sehr wichtig , gerade am Gardasee. auch ein Supermarkt ist direkt nur 2 min entfernt. Die Vermieterin " Tulum " ist sehr sehr Freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat sofort reagiert , wenn uns mal etwas gefehlt hat. Vielen Dank !! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

L'appartamento fronte lago si trova in un'ottima posizione. Attraversata la strada ci si trova immediatamente in passeggiata lungo il lago. L'alloggio è curato in ogni dettaglio. Le stanze sono molto ampie, moderne e dotate di ogni comfort. Apprezzabile il balcone su cui poter cenare al tramonto. Molto disponibile la proprietaria che oltre all'italiano parla molto bene anche lo Spagnolo il Greco e l'Inglese. Dovessi tornare sul lago di Garda sicuramente farei tappa qui.

Pasamos una maravillosa escapada fin de semana! El apartamento es muy bonito, cerca del lago, y con magníficos jardines. La dueña se portó muy bien con nosotros y hablaba en español. Volvería a repetir sin duda.

Con alcuni amici abbiamo trascorso uno splendido week-end a Casa Tuly, molto accogliente, un giardino per il relax e un incantevole vista sul lago. I proprietari sono estremamente gentili e disponibili, ci hanno consigliato senza sbagliare alcuni posti da visitare. Torneremo di certo!
