property was good and near all the places to explore

The location was excellent, and the owner was very helpful, providing us with all the information we needed.

The Wi-Fi didn’t work for all three days of my stay, and two of the kitchen appliances were also not functioning.

We had a lovely stay at Albatros If you don't mind having other families next to you.

- lovely area accessible to many places on Lake Garda, whether you have a car or public transport. We took a bus to Verona and Riva,and you can walk to Cassone. - The pool and the surrounding. - the garden of the studio - The private car park.

- The wifi was not reliable which is a problem if you need to book excursions, check in flights or do a bit of work if needed - The electricity was always cutting each time we wanted to use the oven so to cook a full meal can be frustrated.

Great value apartment in a very pretty location.

Spotlessly clean apartment which was well maintained and had all that we required for a relaxing holiday. Amazing views of the lake and mountains from the front garden of the apartment. The location was quiet in early June which is what we wanted. It was only a short downhill walk to the lake prominade with lovely extensive lakeside walks possible in both directions. There is a limited ferry service during the tourist season from Brenzone and so a hire car is a good idea (but not essential) if you want to travel around a bit. We arrived late but with good communication, we were still met on arrival by a host.

It would have been easier with our late arrival to have had access to apartment keys by way of a key safe.

Goid value for money, good family place

The staff were friendly, efficient, very responsive, and very helpful with excellent English. The apartment had all the basics, enough room comfortably for a family of 5 over 2 foors: 3 singles upstairs with balcony and a comfy double downstairs with good size bathroom and a living space with kitchenette, sofa, table and large balcony with views of the lake. The swimming pool had just opened but the weather wasn't really warm enough to make good use of it. There was space for the kids to run around, and they made friends with other residents. You could rent/borrow bikes (but we didn't). Good location if you have a car and quite central to both N and S ends of the lake and only 15 minute drive to Malcasine to the ferry to Limone. Restaurants and small spa shop with all thd basics and more just a 5 minute walk away.

Nothing really, but be aware that there's only 1 washing machine, so you need to wait sometimes to use it. The tourist tax is slightly more than advertised on booking as I write this.

extremly nice people and beautiful apartment with a gorgeous view! Loved sitting on the balcony and look at the lake Garda! Also the pool was never fully in use, so you had some privacy there. The kitchen had everything you needed.

the second room did not have wall, you just went upstairs where you could find the 2 single beds with a balcony.

We had a great time at the apartment, it's a great base for sightseeing. relaxing and outdoor sports

The apartment was very clean, also the grounds and pool were well kept. The views were great. The location was exactly what we wanted, quiet, but near enough to a selection of restaurants. There is a bar lake side and couple of restaurants in Assenza, however, Castello and Cassone were only a 15 minute walk.

Ganz herzliche Gastgeber, wunderschöne Terrassen, fantastischer Ausblick (leider durch den Regen im November manchmal vernebelt ;) ) Gute Restaurants fußläufig. Angrenzende Olivenhain sehr schön für einen Spaziergang mit dem Hund. Parkgarage, Waschraum, Mühltrennung, Fahrräder zum ausleihen - es wurde an alles gedacht! Pool ist super (im November war es aber zu kalt :D)

WLAN für privaten Gebrauch hat ausgereicht, ich musste mich aber beruflich mal einloggen und die Verbindung war leider nicht stabil genug...

Prisvärt och bra, bekvämt boende. Vacker utsikt. Tillgång till pool var ett plus. Nära till de större orterna. Tillgång till cykel!

Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft mit traumhaften Ausblick auf den Gardasee. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, tolle Restaurants und der See sind in 3 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeber

Klasse für 2-3 Nächte.

Die Unterkunft ist super, familiär aber professionell organisiert. Franco ist großartig und alles ist immer gleich erledigt, Fahrräder kann man sich ausleihen. Dir Park-Situation ist naturgemäß eng, man ist am Gardasee, ich konnte mit meinem VW Bus aber auch in die Garage. Unsere Wohnung war recht einfach eingerichtet, die einfachen Betten waren aber super bequem und nicht durchgelegen. Wir waren zwei Nächte dort, auf der Durchreise, dafür war es super. Essen gehen und kleiner Supermarkt fußläufig.

Családi nyaraláshoz is tökéletes

Két család nyaralt együtt: az egyik 4 és 7 éves gyerekkel és kutyával, a másik egy 10 hónapos babával. Mindenki nagyon jól érezte magát. A tulajdonos és a lánya nagyon kedvesek és segítőkészek voltak. Az apartmanház szép, kényelmes és tiszta, a kert és a medence gyönyörűen karban vannak tartva! Lélegzetelállító a kilátás a tóra és a hegyekre. Kisbabával is otthonos komfortot kaptunk, tiszta, kényelmes kiságy és baba etetőszék is rendelkezésre állt. A konyha is jól felszerelt volt. Jó szívvel ajánlom családosoknak!

Jeśli ktoś szuka lokum daleko od zgiełku i tłumu turystów to polecam to miejsce. Dobra baza wypadowa, cisza, spokój, blisko jeziora i okolicznych knajpek. Duży apartament, dobrze wyposażony. Dużym udogodnieniem jest basen. Bardzo mili właściciele. Piękne widoki.

Es lief alles einwandfrei, wir sind schon das zweite mal im Albatros, es ist traumhaft schön und für die Familie mit Kindern super geeignet.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit Pool und Ausblick.

Der Blick über den Gardasee und die Berge war herrlich. Die Terasse mit kleinem Garten war toll zum Essen und Relaxen auf den Sonnenliegen. Die Markise war super bei Sommerwetter. Der Pool mit Seeblick wurde von uns jeden Tag nach den diversen Ausflügen in die Umgebung genutzt. Insgesamt gab es eine entspannte und freundliche Atmosphäre in der Apartmentanlage. Toll war, dass man sein Auto in der Tiefgarage abstellen konnte und immer in ein angenehm kühles Auto steigen konnte. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte gut. Die Mitarbeiter vor Ort waren beide sehr hilfsbereit.

Der untere Teil der Duschkabine sollte bald mal erneuert werden (Dusche funktioniert aber gut) Das Rollo im Schlafzimner ließ sich nicht bis unten schließen. Einige Küchenutensilien fehlen wie Topflappen, Korkuntersetzer, Sparschäler.

Świetny, uroczy pobyt nad jeziorem Garda

Dobrze wyposażony czysty apartament z dużą łazienką, klimatyzacją, aneksem kuchennym i niezbędnymi akcesoriami kuchennymi, nawet zmywarka była. Doskonały kontakt z obsługą, piękny widok z okna na jezioro i góry, cisza wokół. Dostępny był również duży garaż, w którym dodatkowo była pralka. Alternatywą dla parkowania w garażu był ogólnodostępny parking przy ulicy. Woda w jeziorze czysta, w sam raz do kąpieli. Możliwość wycieczek do wielu okolicznych bardzo ciekawych miejsc zarówno własnym samochodem, jak i komunikacją publiczną.

Strome podejście od jeziora do apartamentu plus trzy rzędy schodów przy samym wejściu do apartamentu. Do garażu bezpiecznie mogły wjechać tylko auta o wysokim zawieszeniu.

Włoskie wakacje w Brenzone.

Apartamenty bardzo fajne. Dużo miejsca, klimatyzacja, czyste i pachnące. Do basenu 4 metry. Do jeziora na plażę 3 minuty. Basen bardzo fajny, czysty i zadbany. Otoczenie apartamentu bardzo zadbane, zieleń, leżaki i markiza przeciwsłoneczna. Obsługa bardzo miła i uczynna. Rowery na miejscu (elektryczne też). Garaż podziemny, każdy ma swoje miejsce. Auto się nie nagrzewa. Jesteśmy mega zadowoleni, miło spędzony czas. Na pewno przyjedziemy tu w przyszłym roku. Pozdrawiamy Giogie i Franco. Piękne Włoskie wakacje w super miejscu. Szkoda było wyjechać. Doskonała baza wypadowa na zwiedzanie Gardy. Nasze dwie suczki też były zadowolone.

Herrliche, ruhige Lage mit toller Aussicht. Kleine Einschränkung hinsichtlich der Schlafzimmer.

Sehr schöne, ruhige Lage mit Blick über den Gardasee von zwei Balkonen. Schöne Anlage, Tiefgarage (eher für kleinere und mittlere Fahrzeuge). Ausstattung der Küche gut, auch für Leute wie uns, die gerne selber kochen. Wir fanden die Lage auch für Ausflüge super. Egal, wo man am Gardasee ist, muss man ja eh immer auch mal weitere Wege in Kauf nehmen. Vorteil hier, dass man sich vond er Hauptstraße zur Wohnanlage nicht durch enge Gassen quetschen mjuss wie in einigend er anderen Orten. Die Anlage liegt am Hang mit toller Aussicht, man ist aber auch nahe genug am See, um in 5 Minuten zu Fuß über einen schönen Fußweg am Ufer unten zu sein. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Bars in Gehentfernung.

Wir waren uns nicht bewusst, dass es ein zweistöckiges Appartment ist. Das zweite Schlafzimmer ist nur über eine sehr enge, steile Wendeltreppe erreichbar und hat keine Türe. Da wir als Paar mit einem Senioren unterwegs waren, schränkte das unsere Zimmerverteilung sehr ein. Das obere Zimmer ist m.E. nicht für Senioren oder kleinere Kinder geeignet. Die Betten im oberen Schlafzimmer waren etwas durchgelegen und knarzten beim Umdrehen, was für geräuschempfindliche Menschen weniger gut ist.

Gyönyörű elhelyezkedés, szép kilátás a a tóra és környékre, garázs az autónak, nagy terasz/előkert, tiszta medence, igényes rendezett kert, környezet. Szelektív hulladékgyűjtés. Segítőkész házigazdák. Opcionális elektromos vagy hagyományos kerékpár bérlés a szálláson. Közel van a tó gyalog is (hazafelé le lehet dolgozna a vacsorát mert van egy rövidebb kaptató :) )

Lehetne több pohár és tányér, úgy éreztem, hogy túl sokszor kellett beindítanunk a mosogatógépet és így pazaroltuk a vizet és az áramot.

Schöne Woche am See

Sehr, sehr freundlicher Empfang durch Giorgia. Sie war sofort da, obwohl wir sonntags ankamen. Sie und ihr Vater waren ausgesprochen nett und hilfsbereit! Toller Blick auf den See, erfrischender Pool. Liegestühle auf unserer Terrasse und ein großer Tisch. Wir haben gerne draußen gegessen. Gepflegte Anlage! Wenige Minuten zum See, zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und der Bushaltestelle.

Küchenausstattung etwas spärlich, aber wir haben sowieso kaum gekocht. Sehr hellhörig, Stühlerücken und Kinder hört man ziemlich laut.

Fijn verblijf en een goede uitvalsbasis om leuke plaatsjes aan het Gardameer te ontdekken.

Wij hadden een ruim terras met een prachtig uitzicht over het Gardameer. Het appartement had voldoende ruimte voor ons tweeën. De auto stond lekker koel in de garage en de fietsen konden in een gemeenschappelijke ruimte gestald worden.

Het warme water was eerder lauw dan warm, dat zou iets beter kunnen. Verder was alles prima in orde.

Schöne Entspannte Osterfeiertage

Für ein Wochenende über Ostern war die Appartmentanlage sehr schön, gut gelegen, zweckmäßige gute Ausstattung und ein bereits nutzbarer Pool, was den Kindern gefallen hat. Sehr nette Zuvorkommende Gastgeber, die alles gut erklären und sehr freundlich sind. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen. Ein Manko - das Internet ist derartig langsam, es reichte nicht einmals für die Einfachen streams oder Spiele der Kids, hier könnte noch nachgebessert werden

Gepflegte Anlage mit herzlichen Gastgebern und wunderschönem Seeblick

Sehr liebe und aufmerksame Gastgeber. Klasse waren die neuen E-Bikes, die wir kostenfrei nutzen durften! Einen Prosecco gab es zur Begrüßung! Die Aussicht Ist wunderbar! Die Küche ist recht neu und war mit allem, was wir brauchen, ausgestattet.

Das Sofa ist schon sehr durchgesessen, was aber bei dem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis in Ordnung ist. Das Schlafzimmer im 1. Stock hat keine Türe. Die Apartments sind hellhörig. Der offene Pool könnte für kleine Kinder eine Gefahr sein.
