About this apartment rental
Ideal for families, nature lovers, Appartamento Stella offers a relaxing and peaceful holiday.
Located on the ground floor, in a quiet area about 250 meters above the lake on the slopes of fields of centuries-old olive trees, it gives the opportunity to visit our territory on foot or by bicycle.
The kitchen is complete and habitable for 4 guests, you will find: table and chairs, dishes, pots and pans, wine glasses, utensils, stove with 4 gas burners, oven, freezer-fridge, espresso machine (DOLCE GUSTO NESTLé) American coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, ceiling fan; from the kitchen you access the utility room with washing machine and cleaning utensils, 32" TV, clothes horse, separate waste collection.
The master bedroom is very spacious with a large wardrobe, safe, ceiling fan and a beautiful window overlooking the lake.
The second bedroom is furnished with bunk beds, wardrobe.
The bathroom with window and hairdryer is composed of a sink, toilet, bidet, and shower,
Outside, the Stella apartment has a private patio furnished with a table, chairs and umbrella. and gate.
The parking is private and uncovered.
Upon your arrival, a kitchen welcome kit: dish soap with sponge, tea towel, coffee capsules, sugar and tea. For the bathroom: soap and shower gel, toilet paper (products not replaced during the stay)
Our guests have access to the outdoor terrace equipped with chairs, table and deckchairs.
