HOME. INDEPENDENT. 3 MINUTES FROM THE. BEACH. TV SATT WI-FI WASHING MACHINE. CAR PARK COVERED AND CLOSED, 4 BICYCLES. 4 SDRAI FOR THE BEACH. ALL INCLUSIVE IDEAL FOR. FAMILIES AND NOT. Children are welcome and with less than 7 years do not pay, at the time of booking should not be included in the request for quote, (example 2 adults plus a child under 7 years, type 2 ADULTS 0 CHILDREN) because once typed I can no longer return the money. But in the meantime, if there are children under 7 (even if they do not pay) you report it to me, in order to prepare beds for sleeping. You have to bring the documents, even for very young children. Typical cottage of fishermen in the area, completely independent, completely renovated in 2013, located in the historic center of Cassone and three minutes from the beach. Composed of living qucina, two double bedrooms, (on request possibility of a stroller, a high chair is a cot for a very young child), bathroom and tavern,
garage closed for a car, three hundred meters from the house, in addition we provide our guests, 4 deck chairs for the beach and 4 bicycles (two montanbaik and an American and a sitibaik) and wi-fi, of course for free..The house It is located in Cassone a medieval village, on the shore of Lake Garda, at the foot of Mount Baldo, four kilometers from Malcesine. Nearby is Gardland, Caneva, parca zoo del Garda, safari car, arena of Verona, cable car that takes you up to 1870 meters on Mount Baldo sports mountainbikes, tennis, paragliding, sailing, Kitesurf and all water sports. At 1500 meters in Val di Dream, a large school of sailing boats, katamarano Wind surf Kajt surf, for adults and children with Italian and German instructors. Also five hundred meters five tennis courts. My house is family-run, and it's all included in the price, (you only pay for a possible heating, on request, you pay according to consumption 1 euro per cubic meter.)

An excellent , well equipt apartment. THe host was always available and very responsive. The bicycles are a huge plus as we used them daily. Being able to park our car was also very helpful.

The apartment was very clean. There are 3 floors that gave us sufficient privacy when needed. The kitchen had all the equipments that one would need. The pans were especially nice - finally a place where pans don’t disintegrate The lake shore is super close on foot, and there is a little tabaccheria a few steps down the road with fresh bread and essentials. Malcesine center by bike 15 minutes. We really enjoyed our stay at Loris’ and Adele’s place, they were wonderful hosts, quickly available when needed. Grazie mille

Just returned from staying in Italy for two weeks and for the last week we stayed at Loris' lovely house in Cassone. It was easy to find the way to the parking area by using Google maps and Loris also provided directions and maps to help us get there. Loris doesn't speak English but that wasn't an issue as we managed extremely well by using translate apps. Loris provided a garage (and bicycles for those that wish to see the lake area in a more physical way) and met us on our arrival. The garage is just a short 3 minute walk downhill to the house. He also kindly helped us with our luggage and made sure that we were settled in well. The bottle of wine that he gave us was also greatly appreciated ;) The house is on the hill but that is no different from any accommodation in Cassone. Be aware the streets are cobbled so as another reviewer stated, no high heels. It is only a two minute walk from the lake and a minute and a half from the restaurants. The Stella and Avril were our favourites by far. There you will also see the shortest river in Italy! The house is in an extremely quiet area, finished to a high standard and had every thing we needed including a washing machine, hair dryer etc. The windows all had fly screens too! Cassone was in an excellent location for us and was only a few minutes away from Malcesine. There was a bus stop just a couple of minutes away so if you didnt wish to use a car you could easily use public transport to anywhere around the lake. Loris and his wife Adele are lovely people and were so kind and generous. The house was lovely and beautifully clean. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again and recommend the house and them as a lovely experience. Thank you both!

From the moment of booking Loris was the perfect host, enquiring as to our needs in order to ensure a great holiday. We we're not disappointed on arrival The house is situated in a quiet corner of the centro storico, and has been sympathetically restored to a high quality finish. The house is in very easy reach of the restaurants and waterfront in Cassone, and is just a 10 minute drive from Malcesine. Loris was only ever a phone call away, the perfect host with the perfect Garda hideaway.

Just stayed in this lovely little house for a wedding in Malcesine. The property is lovely and clean and everything you have read about Loris is completely true - he is a sweetheart.House contains everything you need and we loved sitting on the balcony, having a gossip and enjoying a tipple or two.Getting to the house is not tricky but Google maps might throw you off a bit. My top tip would be that you need to go up a tiny slip by Hotel Cassone - you are in the right place! Its a little narrow on the drive up so avoid doing a Lewis Hamilton impression.The path down/up to house is cobbled - heavy bags might be a nightmare getting them back up to the car. We were a little cheeky and took our bags down to the nearest bus stop. My house mate then grabbed the car and we loaded them in from the bottom.Oh yes, ladies and high heeled wearing gents - best leave the heels until youre at the bottom or better still leave them at home as youll soon realise trying to wear them is a fruitless task!The house has a TV but if your English it only has 2 English channels (news) so if you fancy watching a bit of TV/Film then bring a laptop or the TV might take DVDs - check with Loris. I did my iPad and my Netflix worked fine when I was just chilling in between going out.Nearest shops that have everything are Jolly One Discount (closed between 12.45-3.30) and Eurospar. Both are easy to find on the S249 road/Malcesine. We walked regularly from Cassone to Malcesine and back but it is a good hour. Great for walking off a Pizza or a couple of glasses of Prosecco and walking past the lake is delightful.Taxis into town were easy enough to get Loris provided some numbers but we did have trouble getting one after 11 p.m... good old walk back then! The fare was appoximately 14 euros. There is a tourist bus at 1.20 euros as well.Overall really lovely house, host and nice location.

Our vacation in Cassone on Lake Garda was superb thanks to our wonderful hosts, Loris and Adele. My wife, Ellie, has some mobility problems and, when we explained them to Loris on arrival, he and his wife, Adele, went way beyond what we had any reason to expect and made sure that we could enjoy ourselves to the fullest. In the many years that we have been traveling we have never encountered any hosts so concerned and caring. Ellie and I thank you both so very much. As to the location and the facility, we are so glad that we chose Cassone. We were looking at properties in and around Malcesine and Cassone was perfect for us, a quiet, picturesque fishing village, yet very accessible to the hustle and bustle of Malcesine and other towns around the lake. The small house has everything a couple would need for a week on the lake, but, for those who might not be in the best of physical condition or have mobility issues, keep in mind that Cassone and the house are very vertical and getting to and from the house does involve a bit of up and down hiking.

We are glad we chose Cassone for our holiday. It was one of the most picturesque areas on the lake, and very close to Malcesine but with a much more intimate feel. The house is located in a medieval borgo on a steep cobblestone hill. The house was very vertical, with only one room per floor. On hot days, the upper rooms were quite hot. The beach chairs were a nice touch, we used them every day.

This is the second year in Cassone in this comfortable house. It's always clean and lovely this house we love to stay here! Wonderful place for those who like to enjoy the calm of the lake with no noise and relax. We recommend everyone to reserve this house if you want to really relax your self in Cassone!

Wir durften eine wunderschöne Woche in dieser süßen Ferienwohnung verbringen. Es ist super sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Die Betten fanden wir sehr bequem. Das Auto stand wenige Gehminuten entfernt sicher in der Garage, was wir bei der Hitze, die wir hatten, sehr zu schätzen wussten. Der Gardasee ist tatsächlich nur drei Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, so dass man auch morgens mal schnell in den See springen kann. Es gibt einen kleinen Laden, der das Nötigste, vor allem frische Brötchen, hat und nur zwei Minuten entfernt ist. Außerdem sind mehrere gute Pizzerien, Restaurants und Bars fußläufig zu erreichen, von denen man zum Teil einen zauberhaften Blick auf den See hat. Die Gegend ist wunderschön. Zum Erkunden stellt der Gastgeber auch Fahrräder bereit, die wir allerdings nicht genutzt haben, weil wir lieber zu Fuß unterwegs waren. Und es gibt auch Liegen, die man mit an den Strand nehmen kann. Die Gastgeber Loris und Adele sind wirklich wundervolle, nette und warmherzige Menschen. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen und kann sich mit allen Fragen an sie wenden. Und was die Sprachbarriere hemmt, wird per Google-Übersetzer gelöst. Zur Begrüßung stand eine Flasche Wasser und eine Flasche Prosecco kalt und der Obstkorb war reich gefüllt. Was für ein Empfang! Vielen Dank euch beiden für die schöne Zeit bei euch!

Wir waren über Pfingsten zu viert mit zwei 17-jährigen in dem Haus. Loris ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber. Die Sprachbarriere wurde mit Google Translator ausreichend überbrückt. Der volle Obstkorb und der Prosecco waren ein schöne Überraschung. Das Haus war auch für deutsche Ansprüche sehr sauber, die Ausstattung umfassend. Die Taverne ist gut geeignet, um Fahrräder etc. zu lagern. Die Fahrräder für kurze Touren nach Malcesine völlig ausreichend. Das einzige kleine Bad muss man sich eben sinnvoll teilen. Das Treppenhaus (eher: Die Wendeltreppe) ist groß genug. Auch das WLAN war schnell genug, dass von den Teenies keine Klagen kamen. Vor allem überzeugt die Lage: Man ist nahe zum See und den örtlichen Pizzerien, aber weit genug weg, um nicht vom Verkehr gestört zu werden. Fazit: Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr freundliche Vermieter, Verständigung und Betreuung auch ohne Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse gut, typisch italienisches Haus im alten Dorfkern, nicht barrierefrei. Busanbindung und Fußweg am See nach Malcesine (3,5 km) sehr gut. Es ist uns (2 Personen) sehr gut gegangen. Danke.

Der Ort Cassone ist bestens geeignet, um den Urlaub von Anfang an zu genießen. Es ist absolut ruhig, um sich zu erholen und bestens zu schlafen. Trotzdem ist alles vor Ort, was man braucht. Ein kleiner Laden mit guten Öffnungszeiten, Restaurants mit leckerem Essen, eine Bar und ein Cafe. Perfekt! Die Wohnung liegt verkehrsgünstig in der Nähe der Bushaltestellen. Das Auto war in der zur Verfügung gestellten Garage gut und sicher versorgt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Wichtig zu wissen ist allerdings, dass sie von aussen nur über eine Treppe zu erreichen ist und auch in der Wohnung Treppen zu überwinden sind. Der Weg von der Garage zum Haus ist sehr steil, so dass wir sehr froh waren, dass uns der Vermieter mit dem Gepäck geholfen hat (Vielen Dank dafür :-)). Es empfiehlt sich, das Auto bei An- und Abreise kurz unten im Ort abzustellen und das Gepäck auf dem kürzeren Weg nach oben bzw unten zu transportieren. Das hat bei der Abreise prima geklappt, war völlig stressfrei und die Parkgebühren waren günstig. Wir haben den Urlaub in Cassone sehr genossen, haben hervorragend geschlafen, sehr gut gegessen und fühlten uns rundherum wohl.

Das interessant restaurierte Haus auf 4 Etagen war für uns Zwei perfekt. Alles war sehr sauber, die Einrichtung modern, die kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellten Fahrräder ideal, um in Richtung Benzone und Malcesine zu fahren. Waschmaschine und Liegen für den Strand standen ebenfalls zur Verfügung. Casone ist ein idyllisches Örtchen, mitten im alten Dorfkern befindet sich das Häuschen, kein Strassenlärm. Abends kann man in 4 Restaurants essen gehen, zu Fuss. Unser Favorit ist das Stella. Das Cafe mit Blick auf den See ist ebenfalls zu empfehlen. Wir geben eine 100 % ige Weiterempfehlung und wir würden das Haus wieder mieten. Das Wetter Mitte September war perfekt.

Unser Urlaub in Cassone war super. Wir waren in einem schönen, sauberen und gepflegten Häuschen untergebracht. Zum Gardasee braucht man zu Fuß maximal 5 Minuten. Besonders toll ist, dass eine große Garage zur Verfügung steht und auch Fahrräder bereit gestellt werden. Die Vermieter sind super nett und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank noch mal an Adele und Loris für den schönen Aufenthalt in Cassone. :)

Wir haben in diesem Ferienhaus in Cassone eine wunderschöne Woche verbracht. Loris ist ein sehr aufmerksamer und netter Gastgeber, Check-in wie Check-out waren total unkompliziert, man findet in der Wohnung alles nötige vor, wird sogar mit Früchten und Prosecco begrüsst, den Gästen stehen verschiedene Velos zur Verfügung, sogar ein Kindervelo mit Helm und ein Sitz für ein kleineres Kind. Wenn man sich im Dorf trifft, erkundigt sich Loris immer nach dem Wohlbefinden. Man spürt, dass er seinen Gästen einen schönen Urlaub ermöglichen will. Cassone ist perfekt für entspannte Ferien in einem ruhigen Ort nah am See. Vielen Dank, Loris und Adele, für diese Woche bei euch! Abbiamo trascorso una settimana meravigliosa in questo appartamento a Cassone. Loris è un ospite molto attento e simpatico, check-in e check-out non erano complicati per niente, nellâppartamento si trova tutto del necessario, persino della frutta, del'acqua e dell Prosecco. Ci stanno a disposizione delle biciclette, persino una per bambini (con casco) e anche un seggiolino per babmini più piccoli. Quandi ci si vede per strada, Loris chiede sempre come ci troviamo, si sente che lui vuole che i suoi ospiti trascorrino una vacanza bella. Cassone è perfetta per delle vacanze tranquille vicino al lago. Grazie mille, Loris e Adele, per questa settimana da voi!

Wir haben eine wundervolle Woche in den Oktoberferien bei Loris verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, es hat uns an nix gefehlt und wenn wir doch ein Problem hatten, hat Loris dies sofort abgestellt. Es gibt eine Garage die ca. 300m entfernt ist und sogar Fahrräder stehen zur Verfügung. Cassone ist ein niedlicher kleiner Ortsteil von Malcesine mit einem süßen kleinen Hafen. Es war traumhaft! Vielen Dank Loris und Adele!!!

Hallo Loris und Familie, wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt, die Ferienwohnung war sauber und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und kommen bestimmt wieder. We spent one week in the house of Loris and Adele and we had a wonderful stay. First because of the heartily welcome by Loris and Adele. Furthermore the house and its interior were very good. Kitchen was well equipped and two large bedrooms and all very neat and clean. Bonus was the garage. Also the little village of Cassone was very nice - not too touristic at last this time of the year (early spring). People were nice and helpful. In short: a beautiful holiday, Marielle & Lambert, Netherlands

Wir hatten als Familie mit 2 Kindern einen wunderbaren Urlaub in dieser schönen Wohnung in Cassone. Empfang mit Obstkorb und Prossecco; Kommunikation ohne Probleme mit Italienisch, Händen und Übersetzungsprogramm. Küche gut ausgestattet. Räume gemütlich mit ausreichenden Schränken. Badezimmer klein aber völlig ausreichend. Die ganze Wohnung in einem sehr sauberen und gepflegten Zustand. Der Ort Cassone liegt (wenigstens im Oktober) angenehm abseits von großen Touristenströmen, dennoch verkehrstechnisch super. Wir können die Vermieter und die Wohnung wärmstens empfehlen.

Eine wunderschöne Wohnung mit allem was man braucht und sehr nette Vermieter !

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und verfügt über alles was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Zur Begrüßung haben wir Obst , Wasser und eine Flasche Prosecco vorgefunden. Loris und seine Frau waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die perfekten Gastgeber . Der Ort cassone ist sehr schön und nicht so überlaufen und mit dem Tourismusbus kommt man gut überall hin. Wir kommen gerne wieder .

A Loris e Adele abbiamo avuto l'appartamento più bello di tutte le nostre vacanze in Italia. L'appartamento è molto pulito e arredato con cura. La posizione è perfetta, l'arredamento è perfetto e il layout così come si potrebbe desiderare per una famiglia con due bambini. Nonostante la vicinanza alla spiaggia e al centro, era molto tranquillo. La situazione strutturale ha portato a temperature gradevoli, nonostante il clima a volte molto caldo. Per domande Loris era sempre accessibile tramite smartphone e ci ha aiutato immediatamente. Nonostante la nostra modesta conoscenza dell'italiano, Loris ci ha dato molti consigli e una buona conoscenza delle condizioni locali. È stato anche bello poter discutere con lui della pesca e delle possibili destinazioni. Grazie ancora ai nostri padroni di casa. Non vediamo l'ora di ulteriori soggiorni a Cassone.
