Trochę uciążliwe szczekające psy, przeszkadzały w nocy

Casa Maya ist ein sehr gepflegtes Haus- außen und innen. Wir waren begeistert von der Ausstattung, der Sauberkeit, vom Garten mit Pool ind vorallem vom unglaublichem Panorama. Ob beim Frühstück auf dem Balkon oder beim relaxen am Pool die Aussicht auf die Berge ind auf den See machen den doch recht Stellen Weg zum Casa Maya wieder gut 😊 Der Pool ist top gepflegt mit ausreichend Liegen und Sonnenschirmen- es fand immer die ganze Familie Platz. Was für uns ein kleiner Nachteil war, es liegt ziemlich weit oben und mit unserem Bus war die Fahrt doch eher immer etwas spannend😅 aber durchaus gut machbar. Der Parkplatz für Busse war für mein Mann kein Problem. Der andere geht wohl etwas steil hoch, aber machbar. Wir hatten 1 Woche immer über 30 Grad, deswegen war der Weg nach Brenzone doch sehr anstrengend zu Fuß (vorallem zurück) weswegen wir immer das Auto benutzt haben, aber wer so einen schönen Ausblick haben möchte, sollte das in Kauf nehmen. Unten an der Straße die Häuser haben bei Weitem nicht so einen Ausblick. Im Großen und Ganzen haben wir uns dort sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt und können es alleine wegen dem echt guten Preis- Leistungsverhältnis weiter empfehlen.

Das Hundegebell in der Nachbarschaft war zwar schon manchmal extrem, aber es hat uns tatsächlich nicht aus unsere Urlaubsruhe gebracht 😅 Die Klimaanlage war super gut, aber wohl im Kinderzimmer extrem laut, weswegen wir sie nachts leider ausmachen mussten, weil die Kinder dadurch nicht schlafen konnten.

5/10 – Nice apartment, but several issues affected our stay We liked the apartment itself. It was a good size for four people, and the bathroom was spacious. Having a private washing machine was also a big plus. The swimming pool was a nice addition, although I would not particularly recommend this place for families with teenagers, as the pool is quite small and jumping into the pool is not allowed. One thing we found uncomfortable was that in the afternoon, while we were using the pool, the owner was sitting right by the pool watching. It made us feel a little uncomfortable, as though we were being observed while trying to relax and enjoy the pool. The apartment could also be better equipped for preparing food. There is very little worktop space, and only one electrical socket near the microwave. So if you want to make coffee and toast, you have to do them one after another, wait, or use the dining table for one of them. Unfortunately, the biggest problem for us was the noise. We discovered after arriving that there appears to be a rather neglected dog shelter nearby, with dogs barking throughout the day and night. It was extremely difficult to sleep and relax during our holiday because of the constant barking. We also tried using the air conditioning and keeping the windows closed to block out the noise, but unfortunately the air conditioning had an unpleasant musty/rotten smell, which made us reluctant to use it. It gave the impression that it may need servicing. The parking was another significant disappointment. The photos on Booking.com give the impression that the cars are parked directly alongside the house, but in reality the parking is a few metres away, up a steep slope. The spaces are also quite tight, and when the property is fully occupied, parking and manoeuvring can be difficult. When leaving the parking area, the underside of our car scraped against the road.
