Superb!

The apartment is great! Very spacious, nice view between the buildings, air conditioning was nice as it was very hot when we were there. Giorgia is lovely, very helpful! Parking is about a 2 minute walk from the apartment, in an enclosed, shaded building which was great as the car isn’t hot when you get in! There is a park directly under the building which I think we could use briefly to unload our bags, which was appreciated. The balcony is perfect for an evening apertivo. We did not want to leave! Thankyou for a lovely time!

The road is a little noisy, but the apartment has thick walls so it is silent with the doors closed. The stairwell is a bit warm and damp, but it didn’t bother us :)

Great find, lake view apartments with everything!

Great apartment right on the main road around lake Garda! We loved the view from our windows. Just lovely, comfortable apartment- super sweet and helpful hosts who would answer any questions in minutes. Excellent. The apartment had an elevator, and washer and dryer! It also offers parking in a nearby garage. We went off season, so didn’t use this, but they also offers parking 2 chairs you can sun on by the nearby beach on the lake! Definitely perks on Lake Garda - definitely recommend and will be back.

The one minor thing is the parking is off property, about a long block down the street in a private garage. The parking is covered and easy to get to, but you do have to walk to get your car.

The Casa Adua was great for our family of four. We would definitely stay here again and recommend.

The hospitality was great and the location was excellent. Very convenient to beaches and local market. This was the perfect place to stay while exploring the areas north and south around lake Garda.

While we always found a parking spot, sometimes the covered area was full so we had to park on the street. However, both parking spots were an easy walk from the apartment.

Enjoyable stay with accommodating hosts

We really appreciated the hospitality we received at Casa Adua. Being able to have free access to bikes was really great and helped us to enjoy the coast of Lago di Garda without having to use the car. Plus, the location of the apartment is great with a beautiful view of the small port.

Perfect view and location

Perfect location, in a hear of a small village, straight across a local fishermen port. Amazing view from the balcony. Apartment is very spacious for one family. Parking place in a garage 300m from the apartment is included. Very helpful owner.

You have to remember that you need to pay extra for the bed linen and towels... it is very strange, I have never found such customs in places other than mountain shelters... Price is calculated per day, so with some longer stay it would be cheaper to buy them in a local market and just leave them :) Checkout time is 09:00 which is very early!

Lovely apartment with free parking, in a great location with wonderful views

Convenient location, near to the shops, lake front and restaurants. Parking underneath the apartment a huge bonus. The apartment was very clean and Giorgia, the host, was friendly and helpful. There was plenty of space and storage for our family of four, and the views from the balcony were lovely. Free WiFi was available in the apartment, which worked well and kept our teenage boys happy. If wanted, we could've rented bikes from Giorgia, and also, free sunloungers were provided on the small pebble beach area for use by the apartment (although we did not use these as the weather was a bit iffy!).

The apartment was quite cold at times and we didn't have the facility to put on the heating. It was quite difficult to get ready in a morning as the only mirror in the apartment was in the bathroom, a second full length mirror in the main bedroom would've been appreciated for doing hair/make-up etc whilst the other family members were in the bathroom. The bar across the road was quite noisy and played loud music, but this did quieten down around 10.30pm.

Beautiful place

The host met us upon arrival, even though we came later than announced. She spent quite a lot of time with us explaining and showing us everything. She was very nice and helpful. The apartment is very nice, well equipped, with a great view directly over the lake.

Stunning, well arranged, comfortable and clean apartment with magnificent view on Garda lake

We stayed there for a week with the family but regreted leaving. The apartment looks better than in the pictures; it is spacious, well equipped, with exellent view from balconies (two). It is perfectly located, with easy access to a free and not crowded beach, parking, shops and other attractions around the lake. We appreciated the hospitality of our hosts.

The appartment is located in front of a street that might be noisy, specially at night, however it was not a big disadvantage with the sound-proof windows there.

Pobyt w Casa Adua upłynął nam dość komfortowo. Gdyby nie hałasy to na pewno ocena byłaby wyższa bo apartamentam ma świet

Obiekt jest blisko jeziora, z tarasu jest piękny widok na okolice. Apartament ma pralkę oraz suszarkę automatyczną co jest niesamowicie komfortowe podczas podróży. Sam apartament czysty, przestronny, dobrze wyposażony.

Wieczorami i nad ranem było głośno z powodu hałasujących piętro wyżej dzieci właścicielki. Szuranie krzesłami o 6:45, po 22, bieganie, tupanie i krzyki z rana na klatce schodowej. Na szczęście booking uznał reklamację i dostaliśmy zwrot kosztów.

Großes Apartment direkt am See

Super großes Apartment direkt am Hafen. Die Besitzerin war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Auto konnten wir auch in einem überdachten Parkplatz 100m weiter abstellen. Es gab auch einen privaten abgesperrten Badebereich, aber habe es leider nicht geschafft aus Zeitgründen dort vorbeizuschauen.

Gut

Giorgia hat uns bei der Ankunft alles erklärt und Empfehlungen gegeben, wo man gut essen gehen kann. Die Lage des Appartements ist sehr schön, man geht die Treppe runter und ist direkt in einem kleinen Hafen. Man hat vor dem Gebäude einen kleinen Mini Supermarkt, bei dem man gut Kleinigkeiten besorgen kann und der Strand ist nur ca 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Klimaanlage funktioniert super. Handtücher und Bettwäsche lagen bei Ankunft bereit, für diese muss man aber bezahlen, deswegen ggf eigene Sachen mitnehmen.

Die Parksituation war leider sehr schwierig. Die Parkmöglichkeiten um uns herum waren alle ständig belegt, weswegen wir unten in der Garage beim Gebäude geparkt haben, wo man leider des häufigeren zugeparkt wurde. Das Appartement ist an einer gut befahrenen Straße mit einer Bar und direkt neben einem Restaurant gelegen, weswegen es tagsüber und auch nachts sehr laut ist, da oft Stühle rumgeschoben werden und es sehr hellhörig ist. Bei der Küchenausstattung wurde ziemlich gespart, wenig Besteck und Geschirr. Man sollte ggf Geschirrspülertabs und Müllbeutel mitnehmen, wir hatten von beidem nur jeweils 2 Stück für 7 Tage/2 Personen. Wichtig zu sagen ist auch, dass man z.B. die Klimaanlage und den Backofen/Herd nicht gleichzeitig benutzen sollte, wir hatten direkt am 1. Abend deswegen Stromausfall. Des Weiteren ist die Schlafcouch sehr durchgelegen, sodass man immer in die Mitte rutscht.

Nicht wieder und nicht zu empfehlen.

Das Appartement war sehr dreckig, klein und muffig. An fast allen Wänden waren Schimmel Flecke zu sehen. Dusche und Badezimmer waren ebenfalls äußerst dreckig und ungepflegt. Das Appartement war schlecht belüftet, was die Schimmelbildung erklärt. Das Doppelbett war eine ausgeklappte Schlafcouch, die bei jeder Bewegung Geräusche von sich gegeben hat und meine Partnerin mit erschüttert. An Schlaf war in der Wohnung vor Dreck und vor allem vor Lärm nicht zu denken. Das Haus in dem sich das Appartement (und Andere) befunden hat war sehr hellhörig. Die Mieter oder Bewohner des Apartments oder der Wohnung über uns haben waren mit aller Deutlichkeit zu hören. Vor allem das scharen der Stühle über den Boden und das Klopfen ziemlich deutlich wahrzunehmen. Wir haben es, trotz Buchung von einer Woche, nur eine Nacht ausgehalten und sind dann ausgezogen...

Eine Woche Aktivurlaub

Sehr angenehme Gastgeberin, hat auf Wünsche freundlich und umgehend reagiert (Wasserkocher, Toaster, kaputte Glühlampe wurden unverzüglich in die Wohnung gebracht). Das Auto steht 100 m entfernt in einer Art Tiefgarage (inklusive). Bushaltestellen direkt vor der Tür. Super Aussicht auf den Gardasee. Aufzug für den Gepäcktransport vorhanden. Straßengeräusche wurden gut durch die neuen Fenster abgeschirmt. Jalousien in allen Zimmern.

Persönliche Einschätzung: Heizung im April nicht an, die neu eingebaute Klimaanlage im Flur heizte nicht. Bei 8 Grad Außentemperatur in den ersten Tagen war es zu kalt. Plastestühle in der Wohnküche ohne Sitzkissen. Wenig Geschirr vorhanden, wir aßen unseren Joghurt aus Tassen.

Fantastisch verblijf op een charmante locatie.

We werden heel vriendelijk onthaald door Giorgia. Ze gaf ons veel informatie op haar spontane enthousiaste manier, waardoor we ons onmiddellijk welkom voelden. Er werden ons gratis fietsen aangeboden. De locatie is prachtig: net tegenover het haventje van Porto di Brenzone. Het is er heerlijk rustig, op een authentieke manier. Wie graag veel drukte en toeristische trekpleisters wil is hier niet op zijn plaats. Wie houdt van authentieke Italiaanse charme zal hier graag verblijven. Het dorpje heeft een klein winkeltje en enkele bars-restaurants. Je hoeft hiervoor enkel de straat over te steken, dus alles binnen handbereik.

Als we dan toch iets willen vernoemen dat beter kan, dan is het de slaapbank die misschien wel aan vervanging toe is. Uiteindelijk hebben wij niet slecht geslapen, het zal een kwestie van gewenning zijn.

Tolle zentrale Lage mit Blick auf den See

Super Lage mit Blick auf den See, in 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht man kleine Liegewiese am See mit zwei reservierten Sonnenliegen, die auch in der Hochsaison nicht überfüllt war, Wohnung bietet alles was man braucht, die Räume sind groß genug, dass man mit vier Erwachsenen gut zu recht kommt, die Unterkunft war sauber, die Vermieter sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend, für Fragen und Tipps offen und immer erreichbar, vom Nachbarort Malcesine, den man gut mit dem Bus erreicht, haben wir eine Schiffstour nach Limone und einen Ausflug auf den Monte Baldo unternommen

Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln, das Haus liegt an der Hauptverkehrsstraße, da das aber beschrieben und bekannt ist, kann ich das auch nicht kritisieren, wer lärmempfindlich ist sollte wissen, dass er bei geschlossenem Fenster schlafen muss, die allerdings sehr gut isolieren, da der Verkehr in den frühen Morgenstunden doch sehr laut ist, nachts ging es
