Guests will have access to the entire home except the basement. There is 1 bedroom & 1 full double vanity bathroom on the main floor, along with the kitchen, family room & a quiet sitting room with a queen sofa sleeper. With a keyless entry, you will enter on the main floor to the family room with a step down into the kitchen and bedroom. The 2nd floor provides 2 more bedrooms and 1 full spacious bathroom. Cable TV and Wi Fi are provided, along with USB ports for charging phones in the kitchen and bedrooms. All new standard size appliances, including washer and dryer are available for use and the kitchen is well stocked for your cooking needs. Keurig is provided, along with a variety of Kcups, sugar and creamer.

Our stay at Gray's Landing was an absolutely wonderful experience. The house was extremely clean and the amenities were great! If you are planning a trip to the Ark, I would definitely recommend staying at Gray's Landing!!

Beautiful home with many amenities! Everything was perfect! Very close to downtown, restaurants and shopping. (Walking distance) Owners were excellent to work with. Close proximity to the Ark and the Creation Museum. Highly recommend!!

It is conveniently located to the ark. We had little ones with us so we needed to be able to come and go so they could nap. It worked great!
