Lovely condo located in a boat yard over top of a popular restaurant. Beautiful property with beautiful water views. I would definitely book again.

We stayed here for a girl’s weekend. It was perfect for the two of us. We thoroughly enjoyed the view of the marina and were able to catch a couple of beautiful sunsets. We did have a couple of minor issues. One was us trying to get the induction stovetop to work even after following the instructions. We ended up having to use the microwave. It could have been user error. The golf cart was wonderful to have but it scared us a few times because it would cut off in the middle of the road. It would just suddenly stop. We didn’t trust it enough to take it too far. It seems there is a short in it or something. So we didn’t use it as much as we would have liked to. All in all, a great experience and now I want to take a trip there with my husband.

The place was great for our weekend trip. Having access to a golf cart made the trip so much easier since Cape Charles is a golf cart community. Location was perfect for us since we could be away from the town but still be on the water. We would definitely book this place again.

The picture that represents this listing is actually the entrance to the restaurant below the apartment. There are a series of stairs you must climb to make access. This was not verbalized and we did not expect it. We had a person in our group that had knee replacement and this was a struggle. You also had to climb two more sets of stairs to reach 2nd bedroom which should be for little kids only. The walls are caved and we banged our heads several times. We actually left early out of frustration and level of comfort. No amenities..not even coffee.
