About this house rental

Cape Serendipity - we found it by chance and stayed because we love it! We are sure you will feel the same! This 2 story duplex home is in the heart of historic Cape Charles, a block from the park and only a few blocks from the beach. We have 3 bedrooms ready for up to 8 guests, a bath restored with an amazing antique claw foot tub, a new 2nd bathroom on the 1st floor, and a new back deck with outdoor dining. Packing will be easy because we have your beach and baby gear already here for your use. Check out our sister property Cape Utopia (the other side of the duplex) if you need more space.

This is our favorite place to stay in Cape Charles. We love the historic home and decor, the house has everything you could possibly need. The host is very responsive and thoughtful. It’s close to Central Park and an easy walk to the beach or to the shops and restaurants.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was well appointed with everything we needed and in a great location. We loved watching a thunderstorm from the covered front porch. Check in and check out were easy peasy. There's nothing else I could ask for! Would 100% stay again.

Really charming house close to the park. Functional kitchen but also an easy walk to all the restaurants. Our little one appreciated all the special touches for kids (especially the bubbles). We appreciated that the front porch could be fully fenced off so kids and dogs weren’t at risk of eloping. Would gladly stay here again!
