About this house rental
The Cozy Cottage is in the historical district of Cape Charles. The backyard has a nice little patio and a very private outdoor shower. The front porch has a nice swing where you can sit back and relax.
The first floor has a newly remodeled kitchen with bar seating and is open to the main room with a kitchen table, chairs, and a loveseat. There is a half bath on the first floor. There is also a living room on the first floor with a TV, soundbar, and wrap around couch.
All 3 bedrooms are upstairs (The stairs are pretty steep). The main bedroom has a queen size bed, a make up table, and a roku tv. The big kid's room has a twin xl bunk bed, a twin xl size bed, and a roku tv. The third bedroom room has a bunk bed, full mattress on bottom, twin on top.
The full bath is at the end of the hall with a tub/shower combo that has been updgraded for 2025.

Beautiful house that’s great for kids. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking, and the air fryer is a plus with a toddler. The shaded back yard is great, and the outdoor shower is nice for quick cleanup after the beach. The onsite golf cart rental was very convenient and affordable. Highly recommended.

Overall very good property. Caution for mobility limited people, stairs to upstairs bedrooms and bathroom may be difficult, you have to be careful (we had knee replacements). Bath tub/shower did have relatively high sides so getting in and out might be a bit of a challenge. A grab bar would be a nice addition. Need to be careful. Took me a while to figure out the AC/heating but finally got it right. Assume the cleaning people know how to reset the AC/heating controls.
